Excellent service along the customer journey from initial order of exceptionally good value bed and mattress to the scheduled delivery including a courtesy 1hour to destination call. Customer service team responded to my delivery date query efficiently. Delivery team also courteous and efficient. Very well packaged bed delivered to bedroom of choice on the bank holiday saturday. service with a smile. Very happy customer :)

Very pleased with beds Did order both beds with storage but only one had the drawers, but otherwise happy. Delivery as promised.

No complaints whatsoever. The mattresses I ordered were an excellent price and very good quality. Communication was brilliant; I was kept informed of when my delivery would arrive and they actually came 10 minutes early. Totally hassle free.

Saw the website and was amazed at the prices. Ordered my bed , arranged delivery slot and it was that easy. Delivery was very organised with driver ringing you with an approx time on delivery day so no waiting in all day. Friendly and efficient delivery , lovely lads. Bed is soooo comfy. Perfect. Would recommend this company without any hesitation!

The mattresses and beds I ordered are fantastic quality, which I was slightly worried about given the excellent price I got them for.
Delivery service was also great, with professional and friendly guys who were very punctual and tidied up after themselves.
Overall, very pleased with the whole experience.

We purchased a new mattress from mattress. co.uk on line after trawling the Internet and trying out a few in store. We were a little way as the price was so reasonable but we are now absolutely delighted and have been sleeping well and in comfort ever since. The service was great.
