I can only echo previous reviews

I can only echo previous reviews. Customer experience is a disaster. It’s the type of people of who seem to go out of their way to make your life difficult instead of trying to help. We ordered a radiator which turned out to be incompatible with our pipes. Instead of allowing us to exchange the radiator, we received a lecture about how we should have noticed this right away after the delivery. The fact that the technical description on the website is far from clear at least for Jon-professionals … ignored. That’s shameful, unprofessional and reason enough for me to advise anyone to go elsewhere.
