Hotel Matilde - blood on bed, poop on toilet, shower flood

Stayed at Hotel Matilde – Lifestyle Hotel in Naples in June 2025. Room had blood on the bed, feces on the toilet, and a broken shower that flooded the bathroom, soaking our belongings. I showed staff photo evidence, and emailed management yet they denied responsibility even suggesting my service dog caused the toilet mess.

After multiple emails and no accountability, they offered just a 10% refund on a €240/night stay. This is what we experienced hoping it helps future travelers make an informed choice.
