Its very profesional!!

Last school year, all three of my children took weekly math classes through Mathema.me, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Since they attend Canadian schools, where the math curriculum is generally less rigorous than in Ukraine, we wanted to reinforce their learning with Ukrainian teachers—and Mathema.me was the perfect solution.

Even with just one class per week, each child showed noticeable improvement in their understanding and confidence. They became more self-aware in their learning and started approaching math with greater independence and clarity.

What Mathema.me Does Well:
User-Friendly Platform: The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate for both parents and students.
Progress Transparency: After each lesson, teachers leave detailed notes about the child’s progress, which helps parents stay informed and involved.

Professional and Friendly Teachers: We had two different teachers, and both were highly professional, approachable, and supportive. They created a positive learning environment that made my kids feel comfortable and motivated.
Overall, Mathema.me has been a fantastic resource for our family. I highly recommend it to parents looking to strengthen their child’s math skills.

My son has been using the Mathema platform for a year now, and we absolutely love the learning process, the teacher, and her teaching methods. After a year of consistent lessons, his performance at school has improved significantly.

After review most of feedback, i would recommend to use more money for developers and less for pre-paid feedbacks.
We are very happy with the teachers and the educational methods – no complaints at all in this area. The teachers are nice, polite, and have a great approach to the kids.

However, the website and support system are extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The website has a very unfriendly and confusing interface.

Every simple issue requires contacting a chatbot, which is incredibly time-consuming and irritating. The chatbot responses are often unclear, not specific to the actual problem, and solving even basic issues becomes a frustrating experience.

The person who sold us the subscription cannot assist with anything after the sale. All actions must go through the chatbot, which only adds more delays and dissatisfaction.

There is no proper time zone coordination, which causes frequent confusion.

Moving a lesson within the same day to a different time slot is not possible, adding unnecessary rigidity.

Only parents receive lesson notifications; children do not have their own profiles or access to the system. This makes everything fully dependent on the parent being present and available, even for teenage students who are capable of managing their own schedules.

The system requires a high number of clicks just to find basic information — it is not efficient or user-friendly at all.

There is no clear handling of homework tasks — if homework is required, it is not properly assigned or managed within the platform.

Overall, while the teaching quality is excellent, the system around it creates unnecessary stress, wastes time, and significantly lowers the overall experience. These issues urgently need attention and improvement.

We have been incredibly fortunate to have Svitlana Sochulo as our child’s maths tutor at Matema for over a year now, and the progress has been truly remarkable! From the very first lesson, she created a warm, encouraging, and engaging learning environment that has boosted not only our child’s mathematical skills but also their confidence.

I have been studying on the Mathema platform for several months with the wonderful teacher Maria Kosko. I am very happy with the results, so I am happy to attend the lessons every time. The teacher has extensive experience in working with students and many interesting approaches to teaching. She prepares a lot of material for lessons and tries to convey it to the students as easily as possible. The platform also has good managers, and it's simple and enjoyable to use.

My son learns maths with Matheme. I am quite happy with his progress. As a parent I ve found it really annoying to log and register in the cabinet to monitor reports and feedback. All I wanted: just getting that info regularly in my mail. Well, today they finally solved the issue. I am happy with fantastic speed of reaction by a founder. Good job.

Ms. Myroslava Vasylivna Lendel is an outstanding mathematics teacher. She explains complex concepts clearly, making them easy to understand. Her lessons are engaging, well-structured, and she always encourages students to think critically. Patient, supportive, and dedicated, she creates a positive learning environment that inspires confidence and a love for mathematics.

My daughter doesn't hate Maths anymore. This means everything to me. This happened thanks to our incredible, professional and kind teacher Iryna Mykolaivna. She's got a pedagogical bond with my daughter, the child trusts her teacher. The organizational process is also well-arranged and I always get all necessary information on time. After a month of regular lessons, I can definitely give strong 5 stars to the school and teacher. First of all, I was positively surprised how organized the whole process is: quick responses of administrators, tools which are used for reporting, different communication channels, feedback from teacher, etc. Every single thing is well prepared. And the most important thing, my son is very comfortable with a teacher, no stress at all. He gets proper knowledge and motivation!
