Ultra quick delivery, with the possibility of choosing a specific day. Ordered for Belgium. One of my items was damaged, so I wrote the customer service, and after a few days they sent me a new item that arrived quickly. Would recommend this website and order again!
Ordered an expensive bird table. Arrived in reasonable time but very poor quality, dented top and main securing bolt not long enough. Paid €96 and my guess it was made in China for €5. First (and last) experience with Matelma.
Terrible experience. Order took over 3 weeks to arrive. (Other plant mail orders currently taking 7-10 days). Half the order cancelled just before delivery - still waiting for a refund. The plants that *did* arrive were in shocking condition. And emails sent to company about this are being ignored.
Terrible expérience. La commande a pris plus de 3 semaines pour arriver. (Les autres commandes postales des pepinieres prennent actuellement 7 à 10 jours). La moitié de la commande est annulée juste avant la livraison - toujours en attente d'un remboursement. Les plantes qui sont arrivées étaient dans un état choquant. Et les courriels envoyés à Metalma à ce sujet sont ignorés.
