I love the styles and fabrics.
Really happy with my dresses looking forward to receiving the blouse when it arrives.
The only thing I would say it’s a little slow sometimes leaving the warehouse but that’s the only thing otherwise I love this label and look forward to many more purchases !

Pretty dress but too long and images don't show complete length
I think that the dress I purchased was really lovely and I really like the designs on the website however the images were a little deceptive as they don't exactly show the complete full length as the bottom of the image was cut off. A proper image instead of someone taking a photo in a mirror would be much preferred. As a result, when I tired it on, it was a weird length (if only it was 15-20 cm shorter). I have since returned it but that return came as an expense to me which was annoying. For a simply online store (to my knowledge) I really should not need to pay return postage when the item doesn't suit. In the real world I would have been able to return in person at no expence to me so in effect this has cost me $10.90 to simply try on the dress and decide that it was too long (something it was hard to see in the images). The communication and ease of getting the information to return was fine, the dress was lovely, and I love the other designs however I am reluctant to purchase again simply because if I need to pay postage to return an unsuitable item then that's a deal breaker. If there was a physical place I could go to that wouldn't cost me $10.90 then i would reconsider.

We will endevour to put dress lengths in cm in the product details section of each product when the product can't be seen as full length in image. With regard to having to cover the cost of returns, we will work toward having this cost covered in the future - however because we are a small business and do offer free shipping, at this stage it isn't viable for us to cover cost for both shipping and returns. However, we do understand your frustration with this and absolutely see your point. Bought the Arabella Black Lantern…
Bought the Arabella Black Lantern Sleeve Dress, and it is well made from cheap fabric. The belt is like a ribbon as it’s so thin and the dress is completely see through. The slit shown on the photos does not exist and the dress is totally shapeless. What a waste of money on an expensive rag.

There is a side split on both sides of the dress, the model in the first image on our website is pulling the dress up on her leg - hence the slipt looks like it is huge and goes all the way up the leg, however if you look through the remiander of the images it shows how the dress sits on the body usually. The dress is not a fitted garment, so it won't shape the body per se. We're terribly sorry to hear that you feel like you have wasted your money and are more than happy to replace the garment with something else of your choice or refund your money - no problem at all.
