Don't use this company really bad , closed account with no explanation, live chat customer service is atrocious very glitchy.
Most of staff on chat are very rude ,to be fair I say most cause I had one pleasant staff member.

In my opinion Matchbook needs its bookies licence revauked .

I'm just glad I didn't have alot of money sitting in account , be warned this company is worse than bad they are crooks.

Unfortunately there is no option to leave zero stars, and this is exactly what I would do. I started having problems when I was locked out of my account. I thought there was a technical problem and contacted customer services as that’s what the error message stated I should do. I was then told that Matchbook had deliberately frozen my account as they wanted further verification documents. It would have been more polite and a much smoother process if they had asked me for these documents and perhaps given me 5 days to provide them before freezing my account, rather than just freezing my account without any reason and waiting for me to contact them due to the inconvenience of it all. I then provided them with these documents and they said I had now passed the verification process and that my account would be up and running again within 48 hours. It seemed strange that I would need to wait a further 48 hours, but this I did, and I was still unable to log in after the 48 hour wait.
I emailed them, got no response, escalated this to their complaints email address, still got no response. Then they said there was some suspicious activity on my account, but couldn’t tell me what the suspicious activity was, and that this was the reason why my account had been locked in the first place. As you can tell from this, their communication is just awful, telling me one thing and then telling me something else. I had a lot of money in my Matchbook account and this then got me very worried, the fact that they were telling me different things and the fact that they were not responding to my emails. I would not recommend this betting exchange and would suggest trying a different exchange if you want to avoid bad comms and a lot of hassle. They never provided me with an explanation as to why they couldn’t tell me the real reason to start with and nor could they tell me what the suspicious activity was. It all sounds very fishy. I may well have to make an official and formal complaint to get to the bottom of this, and that could take months. Thank you for the great experience Matchbook.com

Inan was very helpful when assisting with my request for an Enhanced Specials market, making the whole request fast and frictionless.

Put on £60 won £100 decided to withdraw. Waited waited waited. Boom email saying they want all these documents. Sent them all in. Then I’m told I have to wait up to 72hrs for them to be verified. Waited waited again. To only get a generic email asking for same shit I’ve already sent them. So give it all to them again. Then they wanted my bank statement in pdf. So gave them that. They also wanted my great ancestors birth certificate. With my dogs microchip to prove who I was. Also my great uncle Willys deeds to his estate. From 1763. Long story short then after all this they close my account. W****kers I came here for a shootout. Basically stay well clear of these scamming money grabbing low life cheating lowsy bunch of belters. Customer service is shocking also. The 5 star reviews are fake trust me. You would probably have more chance of getting your money back if you dropped your wallet in front of a smack head. Stay away peace out.

Very stupid customer service, and at all stupid bookie.After requested withdraw of my money I received an email to proof identity and email, while just days before for smaller it was not a problem for smaller withdraws. Anyway I asked them how to provide, and they asked for birthday confirmation, mother’s name, and address. I am not loging to my account just asking the way I can provide the info they need because I just want my money.

Tried to sign up on 2 different devices, both on wifi and no wifi and it just takes me to a blank screen after typing all my details in.

No idea what the issue is

Just joined today, deposited no issues at all. Made a small withdrawl (£20) and then when i tried to log back in my account was blocked (i still had money in my wallet on the site). Went on live chat and was told that they needed multiple forms of ID to verify before reopenjng my account or allowing any withdrawls. I have various forms of ID but not passport/drivers license so ive basically been told that they'll keep my money until I have a passport/drivers license??!
They happily let me deposit without issue but the second I tried to withdraw they suddenly needed ID.
Disgraceful and I will be taking this further!!!

Dodgy operation. Terrible customer service with a bad attitude. Do not sign up. Things can only get worse.
Was told to enter a code on sign up to get free spins when I deposited £20. Did that and was then told I had to opt in before I deposited and would have to deposit another £20 to get the free spins.

The information the rep gave me was not the same as the information I was given when I was signing up.

The bonus advertised under the promotions section clearly states to enter the bonus code when depositing.

There was nowhere to enter the bonus code when depositing! Unless you can show me otherwise - which I doubt.

It did not say to click on the promotion and scroll to the very bottom of the terms and I would find an "opt in" button.
