It will take me a while to get used to…

It will take me a while to get used to it. I had great difficulty seeing satisfactory P&L summaries but Darragh on the online chat sorted me out, I still think the P&L summaries on Betfair and BetDAQ are slightly better.
When betting on a horse the screen shows an easier access to the other races at that meeting.
One fault (or maybe I am not using it properly) is that when I go to edit an unmatched bet I do not automatically be shown the current market situation on that race so I can't see immediately how my offer compares.

Matchbook made my day

Matchbook made my day. I had a free £40 bet after betting £50 on haydock meeting. I just saw the amount of time I had to use bet. Not the fact I was meant to use on the same meeting.
They were kind enough to allow me to use the bet on any other meeting. A big thank you Matchbook

Well that was unexpected and amazing!

Well, that was unexpected and amazing! I called up, nipped out to put the kettle on, and my issue was resolved by David before it had even boiled! Fabulous customer service and his knowledge was exactly what I needed :-D
