The customer service was amazing! We got the jacket to fit me perfectly with a custom size. I have a longer torso so I needed it a bit longer. This jacket makes me feel sexy!

I could, undoubtedly, write a long and drawn out review of this company and the product I received. However I will try and keep it concise without missing out major points.

Firstly, I emailed the inquiry team and Josh (one of the three founders) got back to me in good time and was incredibly helpful, using his expertise to help me take my own measurements, make recommendations and answer my questions.

Secondly, MSC handmade my jacket to my measurements and also removed the pleats from the design by my request (as part of the custom) for no extra cost.

Thirdly, the finished jacket only took a few weeks to reach me which was impressive considering it had to be made custom then travel from their workshop in Pakistan. It was also tracked from workshop to my doorstep.

Finally, everything from the build quality to the aesthetic and smell of this jacket is awesome! They absolutely nailed the fit and I’ve had compliments almost everytime I’ve worn it out.

Safe to say this company lives up to the hype! Providing great value for money and I’ll be purchasing other jackets from them in the future.

It’s great Master Supply Co. offers custom sizing. I was able to add length to the sleeves and body for a truly perfect fit.

Ordered a jacket from Master Supply and honestly, I’m impressed.

The quality is top-tier — materials feel premium, the texture is rich, and the attention to detail really stands out. You can immediately tell this isn’t some cheap mass-produced item.

Fit was perfect too, which is always a bit of a gamble when ordering online, but they got it right.

Josh was amazing to work with. I got the Tan convoy jacket. I have a more athletic build and was in between sizes on various measurements. I was able to work with Josh to custom make me a jacket that would fit me perfectly! With bigger arms and chest and a smaller waist, this jacket now fits me perfectly. I also asked to throw in a red liner and buffalo leather to the cuffs and collar. Exact fit and look I wanted!

I just wanted to say how great my switcback jacket is. I've been waiting for a restock on this item for a while. Not sure on the sizing, Josh was so helpful with multple emails back and forth and I got the perfect size. The custruuction of this jacket is amazing, and Im sure it will last forever.

He accommodated several of my requests, reassuring me about the delivery time (which turned out to be fast, even though the order was made from Italy). From start to finish these guys are in a class of their own. They made something for me that isn't even advertised. All the pieces I have from them have been custom sizing . I bought my Field Jacket a few months ago, and I have never experienced such a good quality in craftsmanship, design, and materials. The jacket wears like a glove and it’s sooooo comfortable and beautiful. You guys are the best!!! Can’t wait to get my next jacket!!
