DO NOT USE. called this company, as was waiting for repair man to arrive to fix my dishwasher. as soon as the guy realized i had called the wrong company, he started shouting at me and said i should check i have the right company before calling. i assume he thought it was fine to be rude, once he realized i was getting repairs from someone else.
I ordered a bowl and lid for a Dualit food processor. They emailed me to say they were out of stock but should be getting them in very soon. The following day the parts arrived by midday. Impressive service. Very pleased! Also free postage.

In my experience, another site that encourages you to order items they don't have. I ordered and paid via PayPal. The PayPal transaction was "pending" for a day or two, then suddenly vanished. No emails or information from the seller.
Ordered online two days ago. Received today. Exactly the part I needed. Not even Vax had them in stock! Cannot fault your service and I can now get my carpets clean!
