Incredibly disappointed with this…
Incredibly disappointed with this company, we had conversations to confirm the size of the base for the porch that we ordered, which they were helpful with. Then 2 weeks after placing the order they email us to say we live too far away and wanted to charge £500 to deliver it. Why did that take 2 weeks? We had no choice but to agree to the cost because after all we are in Scotland! They then cancel the order without asking us. Customer service from 'Rob' is appalling, if customers are willing to pay their extortionate delivery charges, they should have the decency to honour it .

Ordered some vistalux roof sheets came well packed delivery driver checked them over with me even carried them round to the back with me. Excellent service great customer services was very polite and helpful when I spoke with them can't fault them

After sales rubbish
Hello I recently purchased a lean-to ,delivery was early which was good product was really good and delivery guy was really helpful but they made the roof too small by 70mm and as soon as I try to tell them they Mysteriously couldn’t find my emails which was different to when I was
buying it (they were getting back to me straight away) so their after sales are poor
Which is a shame as the product is good luckily I am a tool maker and made it all work
I told the guy Matt I would give him a bad review but he of course didn’t get back to me,no sorry ,no compensation ,after all it was there mistake not mine
