My phone was sent to Master Mobile as the chosen repairer through my insurer. I was experiencing issues with the postage service and contacted MM directly. They were extremely helpful and responsive - even getting back to me at midnight to reassure me that they would prioritise my repair when it arrived. It felt like an extremely personal service and they kindly checked on the postage regularly and worked on my phone as soon as it arrived. My phone was turned around and sent back to me on the same day it arrived in store. Great service!
