The worst experience ever! I dropped off my suit jacket to get pressed, and it came back with a tear. They did a dreadful attempt at a repair, which made it far worse. It then got escalated to the owner, who offered to do an invisible repair and would 'get on to it ASAP'. The owner then proceeded to completely ghost me for 2 months!! He deliberately ignored phone call after phone call, VMs, emails, calls and in-person visits to the store. The staff were completely helpless to do anything. I eventually had to contact the Dry Cleaning Institute (I didn't even know there was one!) to get them to contact the owner to return my jacket. Of course the jacket had not been repaired. An absolute disgrace, they should not be in business.
