While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Positively surprised by the service
I had a great experience with masterclass academy! I chose this location for my IELTS test since they were the only location in Rotterdam having spots available. During test-day, everything went very smoothly and the staff acted very professional. Even the support after test-taking was great since they helped me very quickly with a request for a change (date of birth) on my eTRF. Therefore, I really recommend this location, especially for taking the IELTS test.
I cannot comment on whether or not the delivery of the physical IELTS certificate happens reliably, since I did not request or receive the physical certificate (most of the reviews on trustpilot are stating that problems are occurring here).
