Widerrufsrecht wurde mir versagt, obwohl ich Verbraucher bin.
Nette Dame erklärt alles, man muss sofort zusagen, es gibt keine Zeit zum Überlegen. Wollte nur erstmal sehen ob die Ratenzahlung geht. Habe ich aber versehentlich alles (4200 € ) auf einmal bezahlt. Jetzt kann ich mein Geld nicht zurückholen. Angeblich es gibt kein Widerrufsrecht. Jetzt wurde Anwalt ( über Verbraucherzentrale) eingeschaltet. Ich nehme mein Geld zurück. Wer auch schon Geld bezahlt hat, geht zum Verbraucherzentrale oder direkt zum Anwalt. Lasst euer Geld nicht bei denen. Einfach Finger Weg!!!!!

Hält Geld Geld zurück Garantie nicht ein
Ich kann leider nichts positives über diese Firma sagen. Ich habe die Abonnente rechtzeitig gekündigt und trotzdem wurde mir ein weiterer Montat verrechnet. Support antwortet nicht auf meine Email und ist schwer zu erreichen.
