This shop really took care of us ! My husband has stage 4 lung cancer so our income is very low. We showed up late on a Friday afternoon with a headlight electrical issues and they took my car and went right to work found the issue and fixed it. Also checked my fluids found my car with no oil..... Thank God for this shop they got me back on the road and reasonably priced!

First off the person I spoke to when I first booked the course completely mis-sold it. He basically exaggerated all the benefits and alot of his information was incorrect and so I left a deposit based on what he had told me. After learning this, I asked for a refund and was then made aware of the no refunds policy. After a week going back and forth, the management apologised for the misunderstanding and so I decided to go ahead with the tinting and wrapping course. The trainer was knowledgeable and knew his trade. You get taught the absolute basics and don't even get a chance to wrap a full car. You share a car as a group and might do a couple panels each at most. All you are really paying for is materials. You are also promised assistance following the course with any questions/queries but every time I have tried to make contact, my message gets left on read and ignored. This is especially frustrating considering the amout of times you are reassured that they are always happy to answer the phones and assist. Even trying to source materials through them took over a week due to poor communication. You really are better off buying some materials and watching youtube videos. I have spent around £3k on both courses and am still left scratching my head as to what value-if any this course has to offer.

AWFULL!!!!

Spoke ive the phone and booked a wrapping course. The person I spoke to told me the price but didn't say that the deposite was none refundable. I explained I couldn't attend the course due to personal issues.
They provided me with another opitunity to book another time and date, like many people I've sturrgled to provide for my family during these hard times. I contacted and said I won't be able to re attend on a different date. About 4 days later I then sent an email again to ask for my deposit back. About 3 days later they replied to say no you can't have it back because its for the materials on the wrapping course. (What materials have I used if I haven't attended?) So after back and fourth debating I decided to ask how much exactly do the material's cost and so on. I have now not had any sort of response for 2 weeks. This is a joke!! I will be taking legal action!!!

Honestly, if anyone is looking to get trained, this is definitely a place I recommend. Having done 2 courses with these lot I can tell you its a great place with friendly people, a nice clean environment but most importantly, the trainer have a vast amount of knowledge and experience in this automotive industry and what tops it up, is the full hands on training with the wrapping and tinting so you yourself are doing the works and the trainer is always there to guide you through it or even show you from start to end per job. (Adam, top man you)

Get down there and pick their brains, do the work and make mistakes so you can be told practically why something went wrong and how to get it right. Get as much knowledge out of them as you can coz they are openly willing to give us all the knowledge and then it's down to us what we do with the training and knowledge..

I know I'll be back there in future at some point for further training.

Great environment and very friendly staff.
Adam give me confidence and all necessary knowledge and many tips and tricks which he accumulated throughout his experience. Would defenetly recomend Master Automotive Group.
