Excellent prompt service very impressed. Masks are lovely soft and comfortable and found it easy to breathe without feeling hot.
One thing I would say was maybe some sort of marker or tag on the mask to identify inside/outside when reusing in other locations.

The requirement to wear a mask in a lot of situations will probably with us for a while. Single-use masks will ultimately cost a fortune and are bad for the environment; so I looked for some robust, scientifically backed washable masks. Very happy with these, a good price, well packaged, delivered quickly and look like they will last for ages.

Very prompt delivery - having waited 3 weeks with no delivery from another supplier so had to order again from NAD and received in 3 days.

Masks were delivered in a timely manner, very well packaged and it was a nice touch to include a couple of bags in which to store a mask when out and about.

The masks themselves fit an adult perfectly, and are comfortable to wear. They don't have filters but knew this beforehand and they are dual layer.

All in all am happy with the purchase, especially when there are masks on Amazon of unknown quality and more expensive per mask.

I purchased some face masks from Nad Lab UK in readiness for when the Government Shielding Programme is paused and I go out again. I haven't tried them out yet but they look very good and the service from NadLab was exemplary. Will definitely buy from them again if the need arises.

I had been searching internet for face masks but the more I searched the more confusing it all became.Then I came across NAD Lab UK and because of the straightforward matter of fact way , everything was explained based on scientific evidence it instantly gave me confidence.These masks are triple layer,100% cotton and tested for bacterial filtration and antibacterial performance.
I placed an order for 10 reusable masks , the price is amazing, on other sites I had seen 2 layer masks at double the price ! True to their promise the masks arrived very quickly indeed and I am absolutely delighted with the quality and comfort.I can definitely recommend LAD Lab UK service and products.

Found these masks online after extensive searching for some decent triple layer masks for my family to wear during this pandemic. They arrived promptly and were beautifully packaged. Have worn several times, shrunk a little in the wash but still big enough.

These masks are good for a shopping trip. They won't suit everyone, we found they were not good for glasses wearers in the house, or for smaller faces. Also you can blow a flame out while wearing them. However they are very comfortable and breathable. I wouldn't want to wear them in long or close exposure situations personally, but for shopping, they are perfect. A lovely touch was the addition of 2 zip storage bags and 2 extenders/ comfort bands with my order. This is extremely valuable and nice touch to my order.

We ordered fabric masks which arrived promptly and were well packaged. The masks are comfortable to wear and are a good fit. They are fairly thick and can get rather warm if worn for too long, but overall they are very good quality and we are happy with them.

My first batch of KN95 masks from NAD LAB was top quality very comfortable to wear . I have just received my second order of reusable ones these masks are just as comfortable, so would highly recommend these masks. Very good information on delivery of these items.

The masks were delivered promptly and the quality and fit is excellent.

I bought these masks for my 78 year old aunt who has been self isolating at home since March. She needed some encouragement to start going out again and these masks should help. They arrived very quickly, they seem to be made well and they matched the description on the website. She hasn't used them yet as she has to wait until August to go out because of her health. I would have given a four star review instead of the five because I think these masks are really expensive. However, an email telling me that charitable donations were made as a result of my purchase, made me feel better about buying these masks.

Although I have not yet had to wear one for any great length of time, these masks are quite comfortable and seem to be a decent quality. They have the advantage of being washable. Also the price is very reasonable. I would recommend them.

The guys were very helpful when i had a technical issue and it was resolved quickly. Masks were dispatched next day and arrived the day after. Excellent service!!
