Ordered Saule flats - the service and the shoes are great - soft, nice leather.
Size 37 fits perfectly. The top of the shoes were a little too wide for me, so they even made them a bit narrower, free of charge! Strongly recommended!

These shoes are special. great colors, good design that flies above quick fashion in style, commitment and quality.

Mine was an overseas order so it takes a minute for you to receive. You can trust the communications if the shoe is not right - the team will work until you're happy.

Waited for over 2 months to receive my order by which time the shoes were on discount. No one gave me the discount obviously. At such a price I was expecting a high quality piece, however, the shoes are extremely uncomfortable and impossible to wear despite being leather made.

Ordering the coupon I had an issue, but it arrived on time. Thanks to the seller, it worked out. Pleasant communication, product was in good condition and ect. it was good.
Further more, why i gave 3 out of 5.
After ordering a coupon, We had a couple of payment and ordering issues:
1. Regarding coupons and discounts. (payment issue)
2. Side products arrived different as we ordered (ordering issue)
But no complains, no regrets, to the seller BUT, please, just pay more attention to the orders.
Despite these issues, products have arrived in excelent condition, it looks a high quality products. So just couple of things could be fixed. Thanks.

Avoid shopping at Mas Laus at all costs.
I ordered shoes at Mas Laus, but my experience has been terrible. The size of the shoes was not according to what I have ordered, and at first they told me that I need to pay for the return. I did not agree with this since it was not my fault, and eventually, they agreed to cover the cost for the return. After difficulties to arrange the pick-up of the package, I sent the shoes on their way back to Mas Laus, Mas Laus however has stopped replying to my emails asking for an update on the return/new shoes since. They are quick to reply to mails about a purschase, but when there is a problem, it takes them almost a week to reply. I purchased the shoes almost 2 months ago, but it seems that it will take a long time before I ill finally receive my order.
Other difficulties also already came up earlier at the checkout procedure: few payment options were available, lacking for example a credit card payment. Nevertheless, I opted for a bank transfer. After making the transfer with the payment information from the checkout, I received another payment invite with different information. This was very confusing. In addition to this, the information on the English version of their website is not consistent with the Lithunian version.
In short, spare yourself the trouble of purschacing at Mas Laus, the business is very unprofessional and not customer friendly.

Communication and quality of the products was great.

Great communication and great attention. I have 4 pairs of Mas Laus. There were times when the size didn't fit and I had to reorder. All went well. I am very satisfied with all pairs of shoes.

The service and product are so bad, it's nearly a scam. I paid for shoes and slippers on January 29, 2023. The shoes came in terrible quality two weeks later. I returned the shoes the next day, but I still have not received my money back nearly two months later. And I never received the slippers - they sent a message a Month after the purchase saying that deliveries are slow because their "employees are sick". Silence after that, no attempts to send the slippers or return the money.

What a wonderful surprise to find these strikingly attractive black ankle boots that fit!
AND I am happy to know that Lithuanian women have wider feet than Italian and French women have.
