They do not respond to email.UPDATE after 1,5 year the repond !!!!!!!

They do not respond to email.
They are not willing to help out
They are not willing to connect to workers who speaks english (and there are some)
Disrespectful on the phone

UPDATE
Well my complain was in January 2024 and now june 2025 they respond !!! It is up to you how accurate they are.
