Do not buy from these people . SCAM . Rude , no customer care or concern . Advertise London as Megan and Steve London . Goods. Come from China !! Still not received order even tho they advertise 7/19 days . 17 days passed still not arrived. Contacted them , they just quote there policies . No customer care or empathy . DO NOT ORDER . Poor quality items not as advertised . Not from London or UK . Very unhelpful customer service . Clothing sent from China . When returning you are expected to pay all fees to china . Spent £53 with them and took just under a month to arrive . Not even material advertised

Mary & Meghan - also Meghan & Steve (London) THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS - no returns allowed (paying £25.00 to sent a top purchased for £30.00 back.....to China). Will respond promptly to emails - but their goods are VERY POOR QUALITY (not even fit for a Charity Shop) HIGHLY NEGATIVE GOODS !!! Clothes do not match the sales pictures. DO NOT BUY. This company are not listed at Company House. Clever people - don't become a VICTIM. They use different names to sell POOR QUALITY GOODS shipped in from China. Please AVOID !!!!!! SCAMMERS - - -

Absolute rip-off! Clothes of very poor quality and nothing like advertised! I asked for a refund through PayPal, which I never got and PayPal closed the case in favour of the seller!!! I am very unhappy about the whole thing. PayPal should enforce the refund. I am not giving up on this.

i am trying to get a refund through paypal , who have not been helpful . I have received zero correspondence from maryansmegam , they actually offered a40% refund , what a cheek through PP , but told me i had to close the case , and now they are ghosting me . It’s been 8 weeks , not even received the item , which i cancelled 10
mjns after order.. Paypal have not really helped in resolving this . but i send a message to them every 2 days . but the case time keeps changing . I am so upset. please do not buy from this scam company .

There is no such company on Companies House. The About us is about Emily&Ivy, not Mary and Megan. Oh, do check out Emily and Ivy on Truspilot, very similar experience. The pictures are nothing like what you receive, it's a complete rip off. The quality is poor. The seam unravelled and I asked to return the item. They first said I get 10% off if I keep it, then 20%, all the way to 40% and then suddenly there's an issue with their system and nobody replies to emails anymore.

Do not buy. I bought 3 dresses, terrible terrible quality, I emailed for a returns address, it took 4 emails back and forth to get the address, which is in China and the it would cost me 20 to 30 dollars to return them, they then offered me 40% , which I accepted and the emails then reverted back to the original email absolute scam

If I could score zero I would, clothes are terrible quality, returns policy tab I discovered doesn’t work on website, wanted to return clothes as so poor….would offer 10% refund etc or would have to pay return shipping, agreed 20% refund and keep items as it was dragging out. Still haven’t had refund so opened case with PayPal. Basically stay clear of this company, the reviews on their web page absolutely do no reflect their service or quality.

Don’t believe the pictures of the clothes, I believed I was buying a linen 2 piece outfit and it most definitely isn’t that, that arrived. It’s really bad nylon material and way too small. I have sent 5 emails requesting to return it and I have had no response and now to add insult they are sending me daily emails about money off and their fabulous clothes. It’s not an English company it came from China not London.

Do NOT buy anything from this company! dresses arrived too small and poor quality fabric. Tried to organise a return and it turns out that the return address is in China costing nearly £50 the company then offer you a 10% 20% then 40% discount to keep the items and not return them further annoying problem is that this purchase is not backed up by MasterCard and it is impossible to get a refund that way. This company is on the blacklist for MasterCard. I completely recommend that you do not buy from this company.

I won't give it a one either. They pretend they are from Manchester but from China. My dress arrived three weeks late. When I said I wanted to return it they said it will be £25 to £30 to return. So they said they would refund me back 40%one month later I'm still waiting my 40% back. It's a scam. Do not buy.

WHAT A SCAM! Don't ever buy from this brand, if that is even what you can call it. Photos are not what is delivered, there is no option to return, how can this company even exist. this needs to be shut down immediately as it is just ripping people off and scamming them out of money.

How can these companies be allowed to exist when they are literally stealing from customers. Surely there should be some regulatory body to stop these scam companies from trading. What they're offering is not that hard to produce, so why not actually make what you promise and run an honest business rather than scamming innocent people out of their hard earned money. Wouldn't be hard to make these clothes to a decent standard rather than the rubbish they sell on the pretence that what you'll receive is 'as advertised'. Disappointed. Refund requested. Let's see where in china they want this rubbish sent back to.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... like everyone else I was offered 10% then 20% refund as they stated in the email that it will cost 20 to 30 dollars to return this item. This company is not based in the UK as advertised on the website. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Unsure why there is not an option for 0 stars as this company doesn’t warrant 1. I urge people not to use, incorrect information within website, return policy not available despite advertised, poor quality clothing, untrue sizing. DO NOT USE

Like others this is a scam website pretending to be a UK based company! Items are incredibly cheap and fabric is awful! They have a UK return address on the delivery label but in fact when you try to return they try to offer a % refund that started at 10% to 40% and you keep the crap that you will never wear! Return’s are to china and the cost of returning sits with the customer and only when received will they refund you! Please make sure when this site comes up in your feed to leave a message to warn others. I doubt very much I will receive a refund and equally not sure of the return cost!

As others have written here, an absolute rip off. Dress arrived - nothing like the picture, clearly home made / not made professionally, no invoice, no returns, no contact back from emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I would say the pictures on their web page are screen shots from other ‘real’ companies.
Buying anything from Mary & Megan is the fastest way to lose money instantly & give yourself high blood pressure.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. This company are not based in manchester, the goods come from China. I have been fighting for a refund for three weeks. There is a UK returns address on the package the goods came in but they said it has to be sent to China and I won't get a refund until they receive and inspect it but I honestly do not trust them . The dress I ordered was £45 and is a load of tat. Be careful of other companies using the same trickery claiming they are a local based company set up by two friends , they all say the same rubbish . I wish I could post photos so you can see how bad the dress is

I've only given one star because there is no zero star option.

My experience is the same as others... extremely slow delivery of an item which was rubbish when it arrived. The same BS with "Dean" saying I had to pay $20-30 'postage' to return it, then stupid offers of 10% off if I keep it.

The returns policy on the website is useless. The don't give an actual address or phone number, just an email. But because it is a .co.uk website, I naively assumed it was a legitimate business. Kicking myself now for not researching before purchasing.

I'm trying to figure out what action I can take.

Meantime, BEWARE of these horrible scammers.
