They may have good prices but its like…

They may have good prices but its like anything get what you pay for. They say it takes 3 to 4 weeks for prescription glasses to be processed. Then you don't really know what your gonna get either. If you need glasses I would go somewhere else.

"0" stars for Marvel Optics SCAM.

"0" stars.
I ordered glasses from Marvel Optics on July 15, 2021. It took a month to receive totally unacceptable product -- prescription not correct (blurred vision at distance) and photochromatic coating non-existent. Started their "Returns Process" and learned their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" non-existent - only a partial refund. After returning glasses, they claimed they never received although I have a receipt from USPS indicating date/time of delivery and package put in hands of individual. I have exchanged multiple emails, and they claim there is "nothing they can do". I lost $297.
Total Scam.
I should have read these reviews before ordering.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MARVEL OPTICS.

Horrible experience, go elsewhere

Their website states 100% customer satisfaction, what a joke! Zero communication, numerous unanswered emails and a lot of hassle getting my money back. Go elsewhere if you want satisfaction.

Worst product and service.

Worst product and service.
I spent over $200 and the the frames were same quality as I can get at a gas station.

I see other similar complaints here and on Better Business Bureau. Too bad I didn't read these first.

How can we help others and shut these con artists down?

If I could could give 00 Stars this…

If I could could give 00 Stars this Company would get it. This company should be shut down for fraud embezzlement any other Crime I order 3 months ago contact them through email said the machine was broke and no other respond . I don’t what the better Business job is but this is horrible a 167.00 dollars down the drain but I will be demanding a refund . Buyers beware of this company .

Marvel Optics. wrong glasses after 6 months

I ordered some glasses for 3 months later that came in they were the wrong prescription I called and called and finally got thru to customer service they said

that we can get a refund or try again so I decided to try again for 3 months later wrong prescription again, They refused to give me a refund do not do business with this place

Don't purchase from this company

Don't purchase from this company, After 4 weeks of waiting I find out that my order cannot be completed, I had contacted them after the first week and they told me that the order was in the lab, The following week when I contacted them they told me the frames were on back order, The third week I contacted them they told me the order would be shipped out the following week. The fourth week I received an email that the lab would need 4-5 more weeks to complete or I can switch frames and get them in two to three weeks, The only positive note is that they refunded my money immediately after I cancelled my order and that their online chat people were extremely apologetic about how my order was handled. Found LensRX and ordered the same frame for less and a two week turnaround,

I ordered safety glasses for work at a…

I ordered safety glasses for work at a hospital for covid on October 17, 2020 and still have not received them. I have chatted with them twice and they say 2-3 weeks each time. I have called and it goes straight to voicemail. No one calls me back. I have sent emails, and no one answers. I have been ripped off, I have not been able to get my $286 back. Do not use this company.

Do not use Marvel Optics

I placed an an order on September 27. I heard nothing from them for 4 weeks. I sent several emails requesting an update with the only response being that my request was received and being reviewed. All phone calls to the number shown, went straight to voicemail with no return calls. I finally was able to talk to someone on the chat line. Always the same excuses: Supplier issue, issue in the lab, etc. Week 8 and still no glasses with the same excuse. THIS IS A TOTAL RIPOFF. DO NOT USE

Absolutely terrible ordered glasses 3 months ago after many requests for answers they finally said my frame was out of stick. I told them I wanted a refund they said 24 to 48 hours I would have my refund needless to say I never got my refund. They basicallly stole my money

Worst customer service ever!!! My glasses shipped after 2 months. When they arrived wrong prescription in right eye which I confirmed with a local eye company. Took 2 weeks to get approval for the return. Then shipped back to correct and 6 weeks later no glasses. There has been ZERO communication despite multiple phone calls, emails asking for an explanation. They have basically stolen my money and wasted my time. Would NOT recommend - Huge SCAM

This company is flat out horrible

This company is flat out horrible. I ordered my glasses in the beginning of July. First email response.. my order is currently being processed in our labs. As we are all aware of the ongoing outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are in a state of emergency. Even though the situation continues to evolve, we are committed to completing your order in a safe, diligent, and reasonable manner. We are having delays that could take from 3-5 weeks to complete your order. We would like to apologize, and thank you for your patience during this time.

I then went on to ask why is this on your website?? No reply.

I then waited the allotted time.. Still said my glasses are currently being processed in our labs. This is now 4 weeks into this..

Next I called, no one answered. Left VM, No response. I called again I was able to get a hold someone.. They tell me the phone system are down and they retrieve VM's .. That was straight BS..

Next I continued to call and email, I requested to speak to manager, I was told no. I proceeded to continue to request to speak to a manger. Finally some said OK, but it would take 48 Hours.

Very long story short my glasses were shipped at the time I moved about two months after my order. i never received my glasses. I asked for a refund. They said sorry your glasses were shipped and delivered.

I am sure they were 3 to 5 weeks after they said how long it would take, and after I had moved.. NEVR BUY FROMTHEM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The worst company ever. Just like the other reviews, I ordered and paid for my glass a while ago (8/31/20). No one answers the phone. No one replies to emails. I'm beginning to think it's a scam.

The worst company ever

On August 7 2020 I have place an order for my prescription sunglasses that cost me $322.95 with the rush order indude. So August 11 2020 some one from Marvel Optics email stating that it will be 2 to 3 weeks before my order is complete which I did understand being with the Covid-19 going right i ok with that but on August 13 2020 I have gotten another email from Marvel Optics stating that my order should be complete in 1 to 2 weeks in which I was very happy on the update. But on August 31st I got another email from stating that the frame that I pick out will not work for my prescription and they had ask me to pick out a different frame in which I did by calling them. Then I was sending email to them to find out my update on my order I have gotten no response from them then I have notice that on there home page you can talk to a customer service representative so I was talking to them at least once a week if not two time a week and they was telling me that they were having problems with the supplier. But last week I was told that they should be shipped my sunglasses by end of week or this week. So I decided to check today to see if they are be able to shipped my order today and that when they told me that the frame was damaged from the supplier and they will not be able to get replacement frame next week and then it should 1 to 2 week before they are able to complete my order. In which that just my mad and I told them that I want a full refund and cancel my order and I will tell people that do not order anything from them because the company sucks and they take to long to complete your order.

How does this company get a 2.3 rating…

How does this company get a 2.3 rating above when all reviews show a one star? I have had the same experience as below. After 11 weeks and a credit card dispute I got my glasses and they have 2 scratches on the right lens. Have called and emailed with no response.

I'm beginning to think this company is scamming me

If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would. I ordered glasses, and after 6 weeks, still had not received them. Exuse after delay after excuse, still nothing. Company offered a partial refund, because of the delay. Guess what...I never received the refund either. I have asked to cancel the order and send full refund. I am seriously doubting that happens either.

Don’t ignore the poor reviews, shop elsewhere.

I know you want to ignore the bad reviews and roll the dice with Marvel, but don’t be foolish as I was. Trust me: the good reviews are anomolies. I ordered two pairs of glasses in December 2019, and received both pairs just over four weeks later. The lenses were wrong in both pairs. I sent them back after two weeks of communication with Marvel, and received one pair back six weeks later. That was six months ago, and I am still waiting for the other pair to be corrected. They always say the ETA is 1-2 weeks, but they only respond to emails once per week, so if the frames are out of stock, you won’t know for at least another week. Nothing is a priority for them, customer service is a foreign concept, and they are not honest in their communication or promises. I finally went to VisionWorks, and completed three pairs in less than two weeks.

Marvel Optics company advertises that…they offer 100% satisfaction, but it is absolute BS. They won't even communicate with you.

Marvel Optics company advertises that they offer 100% satisfaction. Yet they rarely even respond to an issue raised. I ordered prescription goggles and paid them $402.00 on May 6th. At the end of May, they sent me a pair of lenses without any of the goggles or case. I couldn’t confirm if the lenses had any prescription on them. I finally got them to respond with a return authorization and returned the lenses to them on July 6th. I am still waiting for my refund or at least some communication as to what they are doing. BBB complaint #14454352.

Marvel optics are thieves

Marvel optics stole $73 from me for a pair of magnifying sunglasses I ordered from them. The lenses arrived popped out of the frames and didn’t even fit the frames. I contacted customer service many times through their website, through email and voice mail. It has been a week and still no reply. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I WILL GET THEM, TRUST ME.
