Great communication, package arrived really well wrapped so no chance of breakages. This was a bespoke / made to order light so clearly takes a bit longer to make/send out - but clear delivery dates given when ordering to avoid disappointment - still a really good turn around time. Sign looks AMAZING - We bought fake foliage backing from Dunelm to add to the jungle theme we were going for. It’s made the room go from ‘really nice’ to ‘oh wow - that’s amazing!’ We can’t wait for the birthday girl to see it, hopefully she loves it as much as we do! Also recommend the dimmer option if using it in bedroom so it can be used as evening / night light.

From the moment I made enquires to Paul regarding a specific design to the moment I placed my neon on the wall, i can not be happier! Customer service 100%. Design and effect 100% this exceeded all expectations. I’m over the moon with the results. I can not recommend enough.

Bought a sign last year, asked for it to be waterproof dimmer and flashing, received sign looked good, didn’t work they sent a replacement dimmer, still didn’t work four dimmers later, it wasn’t wired correctly originally! Then got told it wouldn’t, flash. Still waiting almost a year for them to contact about fixing, wish I hadn’t bought it.

Communication was fantastic from start to finish. We had a custom design made, incredibly fast responses from Hamish and quick delivery. We are over the moon with our neon sign - it is our second one we have ordered from here and are incredibly impressed with the service and quality!

Bought a world is yours neon sign. It came within a day or 2 as it was the in stock one. I was expecting it to maybe be a bit flimsy but it’s made really really well. It’s made in a thick acrylic backing board and the neon sign is made really well. Overall very very impressed. Would 100% buy again from these guys, probably only ever use these guys if we ever wanted anything similar again. Thank you very much!

Love this Company! I would highly recommend them. I placed an order for a company logo and they turned this order around in very quick time, considering this is a bespoke process. The product was delivered on time, in perfect condition and we were thrilled with the results. Quick and responsive and you can actually speak to a real person, answering my questions and offering advice. I'm already thinking of more ideas and would use them again any day.

Great Service and Beautiful High Quality light, Bought a year ago and still in love with it, My clients love it in the salon. A year later I (Completely my fault) Damaged the Transformer and the light started to flash, Messaged on not on the high street, and got a replacement sent out very swiftly free of charge!! And its working great again! Cannot Recommend them enough! Thank you!

My only request would have been for it to have arrived a little quicker (premium service 7 working days) however I appreciate the light needs time to be made.
