Sizes are terrible

Sizes are terrible. I am not a big person but the cup sizes were so wrong! The mesh they use is so uncomfortable particularly if you live in Queensland where it is hot! Be wary

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service, Amazing quality bras and amazing fit for larger breasts. If you have never felt quite right in your size and are really unsure, they have an option to try before you buy and only keep what size fits you. I also had a lot of help via email getting assistance on what my size potentially is.. I ended up being a 12Ff but she did say that in other brands I may be a 12F which was really helpful knowledge.

Don’t do it to yourself

I could write a book listing the depth my bad experience with this brand.
Returns policy (and cost), several cup changes at my expense to send stock back over and over again (had to go up 5 cup sizes to have something fit “ok”), cheap Chinese material that’s itchy and I’ll fitting… the list goes on and on and on.
Just don’t do it.
Marvell Lane cries small business on every bad review but refuse to hear their customers pleas for a fair consumer experience.
Ultimately, I’m now stuck with two bras I didn’t even want in the first place with straps that slip off my shoulders and unhook in public, and am over $200 in the hole (not including the $60 I lost sending back bra after bra after braaaaa).
Just don’t bother.

Awful fitting bras!!

Awful fitting bras - tried on so many sizes (all options for my sizing!) and none of them worked, not even nearly. They don't even fit the models on the website - you can see how the bra bridge doesn't sit against the skin in several models, and the cups cause the dreaded 'double boob' due to the upper cup material pressing down. Such a shame as material is nice.

Also scandalous returns process- charge you above the odds to send items back then won't give you a refund on some items so you're left with very expensive underwear that doesn't fit you!! Daylight robbery - sort it our Marvel Lane.

Terrible bra and service

Terrible fitting bra, sizing way off and not supportive at all for large bust. Really uncomfortable and sat way under my armpits, dug into breast tissue. Returned for refund and seller refuses to provide this, as there was a Storewide sale on at time of purchase, I’ve never heard of a shop doing this except on clearance items! So I’m left with a useless $80 gift card, feeling robbed. So incredibly disappointed with their customer service and store policies :(

They do not cater to small band sizes

Advertise themselves as “small band / large cup size” however don’t offer any small band options. They only size down to 8 back, which isn’t any lower than the standard band size offered by all other brands. You can’t call yourself a brand for small band sizes and stop offering bands at 30 inches lol. A 16J bra size is large band, large cup size. They are basically a large cup brand, which is great (there’s a real lack of options for large cup sizes), but frustrating advertising as they keep appearing in SM searches for “small band / large cup” - which they do not cater to.

Quality A+ & Sizing Accuracy D-

The quality of the bikini I ordered was absolutely amazing, very thick and the material felt lovely on the skin. Unfortunately I feel like even with their sizing help and quiz, they should really have a sizing chart for each individual item to help with sizing of the products they sell. I ordered a bikini top and bottom, while I fault myself on not properly reading the description of the bikini top, I still felt like when trying on the bikini top that was too big for my bust, the straps on that bikini were incredibly short for the a bikini top that was too big. I had them extended the furthest length they could go and they were still very tight. I also ordered a size down from my normal size bikini/underwear bottoms and they fit nicely on my hip/cheek area, but had way too much material around my waist. Very frustrating for a bikini I paid $200 (which for this cost you’d think came with free express shipping). I get there’s also not always free returns, but it sucks for a bikini that costs this much I have to pay to have it shipped back… Just because of this I’m not sure I will be getting an exchange, just in case the bikini doesn’t fit again, and I have to send it back again.

Doesn't stand by prices on website.

Placed an order during an online warehouse sale - system showed me $49.78 for the item. I placed my order and then was contacted the next day via text saying the price was incorrectly applied and will need to pay the same again to get the item as this was the real price. Refused to listen to ACCC website guidance saying the lowest price should be honoured. ceased communications without allowing opportunity to seek a mutually agreeable solution, refunded without allowing me to claim part of order which would have been the value they wanted me to pay per item. Horrible customer service and poor business practices.
