Misleading Car Salesmen
I am still locked into a contract with this company and to put it plainly they are worst than a used car salesman. They lie and tell you, you will get leads just by being featured on their site, their site has so many integration holes and they will try to keep you biting the bait that they are the oldest and a lot of attorneys use their services. Thousands spent and not one lead much less a paid consultation. Attorneys if you do not have money to blow and you need to make every dollar count, count them out. I took the loss already for you all.

No leads/terrible cancellation service
Gave us no leads. We cancelled our service in Feb. (the company confirmed the request), then we got billed for the next 3 months. Now saying they have no record of it. They make you jump through hoops to cancel.

You can potentially pay monthly for nothing. They hide the ball about how to get a high “avvo” rating (so you even have some exposure) and you just hope your rating improves based upon reviews. Perhaps, at this point, they’re so saturated with customers that you’re another drop in their bucket and have to share the market with too many other attorneys.

All The BAD Reviews here are TRUE
The sales people employed do work hard to sell the product, but the product is poor, bad leads - people looking for free services, and the leads appear to be sold to many attorneys at the same time. So no exclusivity. it is impossible to get a refund on bad leads.

Zero ROI on Investment
Their services require strenuous profile building and solicitation for reviews multiple times by clients as the reviews to not post across all three subscriptions. Their engagement was nearly immeasurable compared to other subscription services i use for directory listings. Their prices were also nearly three times the amount as other much more effective directory listings. After multiple communication up their chain of management, they declined to mutually cancel the contract in good faith and insist that I pay the 60% buyout even though i have had zero client conversions form their services.
