SCAM company. You will not receive your goods. Do not part with your money.

As others have said this website is a scam & not who they say they are. They give you tracking info to a website of a supposed delivery company that doesn't exist. AVOID!

I ordered a washing machine end of April still not got it when I googled fast track parcel there address it was a different name global grass has the unit. So Its a scam informed my bank and got my money back.

Ordered three weeks ago not received item. Its a scam website.

I feel sorry if Marsden Brothers DIY is still trading and the dodgy dealers at Marsdenbrothers.co are trashing their reputation.
I only saw these reviews after I ordered a Kärcher pressure washer at the end of April. My experience is exactly the same.
Delivery date later than advertised due to “a busy few weeks”. Tracking number provided to a carrier called Fast-Road-Parcel. Delivery date now well overdue and no reply to my emails to seller nor carrier.
Seller’s phone number rings out or cuts off before answer.
Galling to see their website still advertising a wide range of goods.
Buyer beware. Feels like a scam to me.

Scam. Bought a drone. Needed to get refunded by bank.

Took Money - Never delivered
No response past initial confirmation. chased, informed of 3 week delay till 14th May.

No contact from courier as advised & no way to contact them.

Definitely a scam

Ordered tumble dryer end of April. Not arrived and cannot get replies from phone number ( rings out or hangs up)
their courier gave date of 14 May for delivery. Tracking is on the way since purchase. Courier “fast-Road Parcel” is a false company. No replies to contact on email or their website Use these people at your peril! Scammers!
Reported to Jarrow trading standards!

This company needs reporting to trading standards, I've lost £100 not received my item

I wish I had read these comments before I ordered a karcher, Ive not received it and I don't think I'm going too, bloody scammers 😠😡

Ordered A tumble dryer late April 2024, still no delivery confirmation, no email response, looks definitely a scam. Credit card company contacted for refund.😡

In one word….SCAM!

Please do not give your cash to these people.
I also suspect the previous positive reviews are false.

Ordered a drone for £179 hasn't arrived. Did get a email to say it had been dispatched but nothing since this was 3 weeks ago. Have now gone through my bank. Upon researching the business went into liquidation in 2023 so definitely have been scammed

I don't think this is the company that I ordered from but someone using there name PLEASE DO NOT ORDER anything from a marsdenbothers.co site as they are a scam company and so is the delivery company I google maped the addresses for seller and delivery the sell address is actually a carpet place and the delivery company is a plot of land that's for sale I ordered a airfryer on the 17th April said 8 to 10 working days still not got it said there was a delay on delivery on the 4th may it would be delivered by today and still no airfryer informed my bank to get the money back

Scam. Police informed

10 days after ordering power washer - no sign of it. Telephone not answered and e-mail unanswered so far . Contacting credit card company as I speak.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT US!!!

I recently went in to buy oven cleaner. I was recommended to use this Mellerud Oven & BBQ Cleaner. I was advised it wasn’t like using the oven cleaner with the bags but I didn’t want that at the time of purchase. I was very pleased how well it worked. I did have to leave it on for longer than recommended as my oven door was terrible but it isn’t now! I will definitely by this product again when my bottle is empty 😃. The staff were so hopeful and very friendly. I definitely be back to visit again soon!
