All Mars inc wants is whatever than can get financialy from your bank account and if you cant pay then the poor animal will get basic care and sent away.people need to stick together and stop buying any of the products they sell. Find a vet that is not a part of this American cash cow. Thanks to greedy selfish so called Governments this has been allowed to happen.

I bought a tub of Celebrations

I bought a tub of Celebrations, when opened there were wrappers inside as if chocolates had been eaten in a sealed tub, so obviously a manufacturing product fault.. I complained to Mars Wrigley with photos,

They sent me a £3.00 voucher not even enough to cover the cost of a new tub, cheapest in my area is £4.50 although today Tesco selling for £6.00.

Obviously they do not believe in goodwill especially at Christmas.

So maybe buy something else and dont bother with this tub of chocolates.

Tub of Celebrations

Tub of Celebrations - the sweets were discoloured, dry and unpleasant to the taste. Customer services were very unhelpful, taking ages to get back to me and then asking me to submit the details all over again. They also employed the classic stalling tactic of asking for photos too. They should be ashamed of supplying confectionery of such a poor standard, and of their lamentable customer care.

I used to love Mars bars 40 years ago…

I used to love Mars bars 40 years ago you hear the Crack as you bit into it because the chocolate was so thick on top.
I also liked Maltesers but dang the texture is different the size is ridiculous and small but worse the sugar where's the Malt???
Honestly ruined their reputation they have no loyalty to customers they are now just money hungry but changing ingredients to low quality and to much sugar for half size but double money not acceptable boycott them.
Bake a cake and ice it with chocolate chips and get your dessert or chocolate fix that's way.

What a disgusting example of…

What a disgusting example of shrinkflation. I've just eaten a twin bar twix. I just cannot believe how minute this is! 60g per bar to as I read, 25g a bar. The plan here is to make Mars very much richer, and make us plebs buy more product for much more money? A twix bar was 3p in 1971. Equivalent to 38p now. But we're paying £1.05. Amazing profits for Mars.

Outrageous prices

Outrageous prices, don't do anywhere near enough to tackle the rising costs their business partners are charging for their products. Shut it all down, all you’re doing is driving poverty. Don't know how you sleep at night

Mars a.k.a Mars -Wrigley “Seeds of Cahnge"…

Mars a.k.a Mars -Wrigley owns “Seeds of Change.” This information is not on the package. One has to dig online. When we plated their organic kale - Kale was not what grew. We have grown kale before so we know what to expect. Calling their customer service numbers are a waste as they LIE, LIE, LIE. The lady in the Philippines gave some story about how she has to pass whatever to wherever and it will take about two weeks, just long enough to “get the customer to forget.” The online contact form is answered by AI and the people on the phone can't access it. All they want is your phone number so they can place a tracker on it for advertising.
What should have cost us about $3 in seeds, will cost us close to $200 to buy and blanch organic kale for winter.

Please do not buy anything from this…

Please do not buy anything from this corrupt American company. I found a screw in an Easter egg m and ms and after months they only reply back now saying we found nothing on our production line. But not to worry we can send you £5 pounds but you can't have a voucher or a cheque. So you have to click on a link that by the way doesn't work. And another company will take over to issue your refund either through your bank account or PayPal I think not. They also made me send all the details which I did by post and they claim it was never received. Told the supermarket concerned. And I will never ever ever buy anything from this company again. Also their call centres are abroad they don't understand you and then place you on hold for over 20 minutes

Awful company

Awful company. Bought pack of 4 Mars bars which are already measly , one didn’t even have a Mars bar in it.
Phoned company, got to speak to someone in a call center in the Philippines , very poor English speaking, 25 minutes of my life later , faffing about sending photos , batch number, expiry date , emails promising a refund, still waiting. Terrible customer service.
I want to give minus stars for being a terrible company.

I started working at the Lebanon

I started working at the Lebanon, Tn plant in Jan. My son got sick and passed away in February. The ONLY phone call I received was about my attendance and asking for my resignation due to the point system. Mars is really good at making people feel like they care but bottom line, they don’t give a flying F about their employees. I gladly resigned and removed myself from such a toxic environment. Period.

I will be boycotting this company

I will be boycotting this company indefinitely since I discovered that it was sold off to a US owner. The sale of historic UK companies to the US is a part of a larger erosion of the UK's history, and I am unwilling to support it, especially in light of the US' recent behaviour. All of this is a shame - I quite like Mars chocolate - but from here on I'll be buying Terry's instead.

BLUFFING CONSUMER.8% COCOA

Beware!! Mars a Company established since 1932 has seriously compromised the quality of 1 kg tub of Instant Hot Chocolate.
1 kg Tub has only 8% cocoa powder compared to 370gm of instant Hot Chocolate that has 10% cocoa powder. I was shocked to see more white Gunge dust powder in the 1kg tub and it was tasteless..having a second shock when I read the reduced amount of cocoa powder.
This gunge powder does not even mix in hot water they stay there like little undissolved floaters.
God only knows what rubbish they are putting in the mix just to BULK UP the quantity.

Deceiving the consumer and racking 47 billion in profits and managers getting 300k salaries is seriously not a good code of ethics for old established Company. I wonder how many other mixes and treats of Mars Wrigley have low quality ingredients in them.

As I see other reviews from consumers of Mars products and how unhappy they are with the product they purchased and
To put salt on wounds of heart broken consumers a 47 Billion profiting Company takes 4 LONG weeks to send a small reimbursement voucher.

After the discovery of the cheapness and low grade of hot chocolate, I have blended the 100% cocoa nibs into fine powder add cocoa powder with 1/2 tsp of coffee ( optional ) and add 1 tablespoon of coffee mate powder and it tastes super delicious and use little whisk to make froth..and every sip is absolutely divine and has a heavenly taste.

So much better than the rubbish they are selling at a horrendous 200% profit!

This way at least you know you are having the real cocoa powder which has great nutritional properties...instead of getting cheated by Mars Galaxy hot chocolate.

Mars Consumer Team and Team who makes the formulations I hope you have some consciousness left that knowingly you are making a RUBBISH PRODUCT and DECEIVING THE CONSUMER!!

SHAME ON YOU!

Over 5 months to deal with complaint.

Complained last year about a pack of a Snickers which tasted awful.
They said they would investigate after around two weeks was told by e mail will send voucher as compensation.
Have today received a letter dated 8th December and a £2.00 voucher, the voucher is fair enough, however the letter is dated 3 months ago and my initial complaint would be way back in November.
Does not say much for their company or customers.
If you Mars Wrigley read this the reference is Case ID 07760968.

Bought some minstrels today after a long time not buying them.
OMG I thought they were smarties absolute joke these companies charging double for half the product price and low quality ingredients.
No wonder people are going back to basics and cooking from scratch.
It's great an awakening is happening around the food industry and other aspects of life because they will lose in the end we all just have to stop buying and supporting these greedy bar stewards.

I purchased half empty 310g box of maltesers…

I purchased the 310g box of maltesers and where in the past you would shake the box and the maltesers would hardly rattle around. Now the box is half empty and very noisy when I shake it with all that extra room... disgraceful. When I contacted mars they had the gaul to say that they have been absorbing rising raw material cost and operational cost, so they can't keep things the way they are. They don't take the decision easily, but they're confident that their chocolate brands still offer customers and consumers the best possible value, without compromising on quality or taste. What a load of rubbish. The fact is they keep reducing the quantity of their products while increasing the cost. Everyday chocolate that many adults and children enjoy, will soon become luxury items for only the rich, who will be able to buy a product at an extortionately high price, with virtually nothing inside. The person I spoke to wasn't very helpful and quite dismissive, attempting to direct me away from my complaint after making the position of mars quite clear. Absolutely terrible!
