Placed an order September 16, 2025 no product yet. Sent company email October 8, they responded on October 10 saying they’re working hard to get my order prepared. Absolute BS this product isn’t made... See more

Scammer
Facebook advertiser is such a scammer. Item advertised is ideal. Item actually provided was all lies. Was said to be made in USA. It's not. The site does not spell out returns, just info for vendors. Ingredients are in no way similar to ad description. Tracking is virtually non-existent. Entire experience has destroyed any confidence in online vendors.
Facebook should be ashamed at even giving these type of vendors access to it's populations.
TOTAL SCAM!
I ordered from Marroomi expecting the brand I paid for, but instead received a cheap knockoff from China. The product was nothing like what was advertised. Completely dishonest! Avoid this site – it’s a scam! Save your money and shop elsewhere. I wish I could give negative 5 stars.
Scam for Quick Profits
My experience with Marroomi was disappointing due to misleading advertising. Their ads promote a beef tallow product with only three ingredients—primarily hard tallow—but what I received was something entirely different from what was shown. When I reached out to customer service, instead of offering a full refund, they only offered partial refunds (starting at 30%, then 40%, and finally 50%). This approach felt unfair and left me feeling deceived. I urge potential customers to be cautious.
Absolute Scam
Absolute Scam. Sent with counterfeit postage that you will have to pay the Post Office for. Return address is a vacant lot in South Carolina. Email address for customer service does not work. There is no telling what is in these packages I received, but it looks like garbage.
I’d give it a zero if i could
I’d give it a zero if i could. It’s a total scam. Their brand name isn’t on the container, product is crap. I didn’t know it was a company in China until I paid. I didn’t know I signed up for a subscription. It says I can’t cancel until you’ve paid 12 times.
Ordered the product a month ago but…
Ordered the product a month ago but haven't received it. Customer service gives you a generated AI response so no help there. Would not have ordered if I had known it was coming from China and was not actually organic. Marroomi is a scam.
Deceived by the ad
Deceived by the ad! This is NOT on Organic product. Has more ingredients than advertised. Product shipped from China to someone in PA that sent it to me. Took almost 4 weeks to arrive. Used once, broke out in a terrible itchy rash. Emailed for a refund, they sent me tracking info. I have disputed the purchase with my bank. It smells nice but it's runny and NOT tallow. Very deceptive marketing preying on you. Don't fall for it!
Scammmmm do not buy
Scammmmm do not buy! Period. Mad I even spent that money twice on them because I didn’t receive my first order!
It has been 2plus since I ordered…
It has been 2plus since I ordered product and was I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!! It's advertised that it's an American product but I've tracked it and on a slow boat from CHINA!! I think I'll just return it!
Don't purchase
Wish I would have read the reviews. Took over 2 weeks to get to me. Not from the USA,from China, but the address when reveived is from Philadelphia. Says honey on the bottle, but none in the ingredients, water is the first ingredient. Tallow one of the last ingredients. It has hydrogenated olive oil.
Not what it claims
I did receive mine after over a month. Not from the US but from china! Total scam. Not the few simple ingredients as stated, not a balm but a light whipped cream which is the opposite it says it is. I immediately reached out to call their bluff on the light airy cream vs the long lasting balm claim (not even calling them out on all the obvious falsities on packing and orientation claims). They will not replace, exchange or refund, only offer back 30% of the purchase. I told them I just won’t what original product I purchased. It’s a no go. They have refused twice.
Scam
Scam. I should have gone to Trustpilot first. Wrote them a scathing letter and contacted my credit card company. No soup for you!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It's another Chinese scam! Basically I never received my order and there customer service just gives you the run around about the tracking, saying it went out by China Post and on the way, blah blah blah! BEWARE!!!! I warned you along with all these other people.
I would not even give a 1
I would not even give a 1. Product does not have the healthy ingredients that it advertises. The company will not return my emails. I do NOT want this product!
I waited over 3 weeks from my order
I waited over 3 weeks from my order - which I then realized was coming from China. The product doesn't even have Marroomi on the jar. The product contains terrible ingredients - none of which included HONEY!!! So tired of being tricked, scammed! Says Wiyun on the jar - such a scam!!! Hoping to get my money back for this garbage that I was sent!
Received product and did not say…
Received product and did not say Marroomi as pictured says wylun. Used once and caused rash all over my face. Very disappointing.
I never received my package
I never received my package, even after a month had passed. I reached out to their email support and explained that the USPS tracking number showed it was delivered, but I never received anything. Meanwhile, their website continued to show that the package was still in transit. They reassured me it was still on the way, but it’s now been over two months and nothing has arrived. I suspect this site is a scam operated by a company based in China. Be cautious!
SKAM!
SKAM! Never mentioned extra chemical ingredients and LIED that the product is made in the US! Awful ! Smells like ancient old lady perfume! Never again!
I had exactly the same experience
I had exactly the same experience as everyone else posting a one star review. Instead of an all organic American made beef tallow balm manufactured by Marroomi, I received a chemical laden liquid made in China by Wiyun! I left a review on the Marroomi website and someone from Apex Health Support responded apologizing and requesting photos of the product which I provided. The person did not sign their name. I was offered a 30% refund. I told them I would only accept a full refund. If I don’t hear back by tomorrow I will contact my credit card company and get restitution through them. This company is fraudulent and needs to be confronted.
Horrible
Horrible! They claim made in the USA, but it clearly shipped from China and the label says China. The ingredients are awful! Beef tallow is nearly the last ingredient listed. All kinds of terrible chemicals and bad stuff - do not buy!!!
