I bought some cocktail joggers last month. They mailed me to change a detail about it, which was fine.
Since then no news, no replies to my mails (I asked them either the details of shipping or a refund) and my money is lost.

Really slow refund
4 months between the order and the refund as the products were out of stock, this after having to contact Maro several times. Ends well, but not a recommendation.

We are sorry for your bad experience with Maro, however, we want to note that your order was in the middle of the Covid Lockdown. Most of our personnel were not working at that time due to this situation. This had a cascading effect on your refund taking a little more time than usual.
