I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed, but she was so patient and kind, guiding me without any pressure. She really listened, asked thoughtful questions, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

What stood out the most was how genuine she was. It didn’t feel like she was just doing her job it felt like she truly cared. Her kindness, calm energy, and willingness to help made a simple shopping trip feel personal and positive. People like Safa make such a difference.

Your sales woman (Noshine) is very poor to deal with customers.she was very rude. She got upset because we wanted to buy more!!!!she is not loyal to your company and will not suggest any one to buy from your shop again

Your employee Noshin from Harrods she helped me with this request and was supportive, she helped me with the internet connection issue and also assisted me in getting the write choice from her perspective as woman, and when I offer the gift to my wife she love it.

Sara in marley was really sweet and lovely. I was indecisive the entire half an hour ive been there, but she kept a smile on her face and she was patient enough to let me take my time while choosing a piece i like. She gave me her honest opinion without enforcing it on me, it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve got while shopping at harrods.

I was visiting London over the holidays, and browsed Marli New York in Harrods. I loved a specific piece but couldn't order it at that time. Safa was beyond helpful, and always communicative. I ended up ordering it a few weeks later, and Safa truly went above and beyond to help me with all the steps with ordering and through customs. I absolutely love my piece, and I am very grateful for Safa's help. Dealing with her was a top customer service experience of all time.
