Very unhappy customer

I have used Mark Spain two times in the past to sell houses and was happy with each transaction. I decided to use them again to sell a third house. Big mistake. Mark Spain has grown too big to care. The settlement statement was incorrect and my agent (Daniel Brackett) would not stand up for me to get it corrected. He sat there like a knot on a log waiting on his commission check. Maybe I’m wrong but I thought I hired a real estate agent to make sure all documentation was correct and to be my advocate if something was not correct. The taxes were calculated incorrectly and I was charged approximately $2,000 more than I should have been. I was charged HOA fees that I had already paid. I was charged for a HOA Closing letter fee that I never agreed to. I was also charged for a water bill that I prefer to pay myself because I get a rebate when I pay using auto pay with my credit card. Then to top things off I was over charged on the commission by $2,775. While I have recommend Mark Spain in the past this experience has been bad and I will let others know.
