Thanks for visiting Trustpilot. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to leave a review here anymore because the company’s website has closed. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. I received an unsolicited email from this company claiming that another party was attempting to register my business name as a trademark in the UK, and that I needed to act urgently to “secure my rights.”
The email used pressure tactics, suggesting legal risks and deadlines, but provided no verifiable company information. After checking:
The listed address does not appear to belong to this company
The “representatives” mentioned cannot be linked to the business
There is no credible online presence beyond scam warning sites
No registration details, regulatory body, or legitimate credentials were provided
This appears to be a generic, mass-sent email designed to create urgency and push businesses into paying for unnecessary or questionable services.
For anyone receiving similar messages: you can verify trademark information yourself directly through the UK Intellectual Property Office website for free.
I strongly recommend ignoring these emails and not engaging unless the sender can provide verifiable, regulated credentials.
Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active.
Companies can ask for reviews via automatic invitations. Labeled Verified, they’re about genuine experiences.
