Good in some aspects, but overall really bad

I have worked with a few different marketing agencies in an attempt to move my real estate business forward. Markilex is better than other businesses in some aspects, but overall, they are not worth the money.

Let's start with the good. The Facebook ads that Markilex ran for me received incredible engagement. I was very satisfied with the performance of my ads.

The bad thing about Markilex is their ISA service. I listened to the ways the ISA responded to the leads, and they were simply awful! It's a true miracle that I got any warm transfers.

The ISA team would often times double or even triple work leads. They would warm transfer a lead to me and then work that lead again for some odd reason. I have a sneaking suspicion that this is a cheap way for them to boost their internal KPIs. Newsflash: passing a client the same lead two times really should not count as passing a client two leads.

The ISA team does not leave voicemail messages when they call leads. There are many leads in my database that never received any contact from the ISA team. I am truly shocked and appalled. I never received any communication that the ISA team won't respond to all leads.

I gave Markilex a very fair chance to move my real estate business forward, and they failed. My only regret is not cutting bait after 3 months. I expect to close at most 2 transactions as a result of their work. Fortunately, I'll at least have an operating loss carryforward to ease my future tax burden.
