great service, delivery

Wouldn't recommend this company at all, ordered a bike for my daughter on express delivery (48h) which was £10.00 extra. The item didn't come so I called them as they had taken the money and was advised that they had cancelled the order and were giving me a refund, they did this without asking for any details from me. No name or address or anything, they advised me the item was out of stock when they took the money. The cynic in me believes this is a scam to make interest on my money? Why has it taken days past the delivery date to inform me (email) the item is out of stock?

I now have to wait for a refund to be processed before I can get my daughter her bike which is not acceptable, the staff member who I spoke to was rude talked over me and just couldn't see the wrong in what they had done. If you are looking to have your money taken for nothing in return and poor customer service then this is the company for you, if you are looking for a quality service providing what is promised I suggest you take your money elsewhere.

I placed my order and paid with my Paypal account. No response from the supplier and after two weeks I decided to chase the order. Market Money told me that they had not received payment and the order was held. I quoted my paypal reference for the payment and they promised to look into the matter and phone me back in a few minutes. I am still waiting for the call but surprisingly the product was delivered by post the next day even though it was a different colour from the one ordered. It had taken so long for this to happen that I could not be bothered to return it for a replacement of the correct colour. I would not recommend Market Money based on my experience.

I didn't order online as I needed to check that the product was in stock as, from experience with other Sellers, I had discovered that the web site might not be up to date so I telephoned instead. I was assured that the product (a Canon Pixma MG8250 Printer) was in stock so I placed the order. After 4 working days I'd received no dispatch email so I telephoned again and was told that I would receive the Printer the next day. It didn't arrive so I telephoned again and then received an email saying that the Supplier was out of stock and I was offered a different Model. Not a good experience but the Staff were apologetic and promised a refund, which I am awaiting so I've given 3 stars because the Staff were courteous.

The printer PIXMA MG8250 ordered was hard to find in the shop or on the internet.
Market Monkey had an impressive stock and the selling price for the item ordered was considerably lower than Amazon UK.
John from Customer Services was very helpful.
The printer arrived sooner than expected.

All very straight forward.

I paid for a printer and shipping, I got the invoice and then nothing happened for a week until I inquired about the order status when they simply told me they "somehow missed" my order and can not ship it to my country (nothing was mentioned at the time of the order - I could choose my country from their shipping list) and that they will refund me immediately. No refund so far, I had to open a dispute in paypal's resolution center...I hope it works.

Dealing with Market Monkey was easy, John provided a very professional service and was friendly and helpful throughout. The goods are top quality and sold at the best price we've found, and delivered speedily. I recommend Market Monkey very highly.

Crooks.. Sold me an item, sent the wrong item then asked for further payment to recieve the correct item i bought. Will be taking them to the small claims over this one... They tried to blaim amazon.co.uk... The law is on my side..

GREAT SERVICE

I bought a new radio alarm clock from Market Monkey after doing some research on the product online and finding them using google shopping. I'd never heard of them before but as the price was fantastic compared to some much better known providerers, I thought I'd give them a try. I placed the order between Christmas and New Year, paid with Paypal and sat back waiting to be disappointed. This never happened though. I had an immediate response saying my order had been placed and within 4 working days I'd got another message telling me the item had shipped. Two days later, it was here. The shipping was free, the item was very well packed and so there was no chance of any damage in transit. All in all, an ecxellent hastle free sevice. I guess the million dollar question is "Would I use Market Monkey again?" to which I'd have to reply, "Definitely!".

Completely happy with my purchase. Delivered on time, regular updates on the status of the delivery. No complaints whatsoever.

Did my usual internet trawl, but this time checking some reviews having been caught out by a good looking site that didn't communicate, deliver or refund.
Excellent reviews and keen pricing drew me to Marketmonkey, and they delivered.

I have recently purchased both the Proflight Yoke Control System and the ProFlight Rudder Pedals. As I wanted a quick delivery I was advised to use the Express delivery.
This I did and the items both arrived on time and in perfect condition. I found the service to be friendly and helpful at all times and, as a bonus, the prices were extremely competitive. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Marketmonkey again.

Found them on Amazon but wanted to purchase direct with Amazon's tax avoidance issue. So pleased I did - no problems and a speedy service with safe Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

I saw the product I needed on market monkey the price was very good, a little wary because I had never heard of market monkey, but ordered. No need to worry good communication, product delivered when they said they would. Will use this company again.
