Not the best marketing agency

I know that Marketing Leap have a good reputation, it was one of the reasons I engaged them, but my experience with them was less than great.

On my work, they used AI copy for posts with minor tweaks by a human, they didn't write them. They used Canva for the graphics, they didn't create them. They used drag and drop programs to build my website, they didn't code. They focused on reach with the social media posts, not engagement.

I got a partial refund for the work they did over a period of three and a half months but it took five weeks and a lot of emails for the money to be returned.

I've avoided writing a review for several months; I don't want to negatively impact someone's business just because I didn't have a good experience. It could be a one-off thing and I'm really hesitant to say bad things about someone to the entire world. This is my experience and my opinion, nothing more.

But would I recommend Marketing Leap to people? The answer is an unequivocal no.
