Order not received
Unfortunately this vendor used brt as service to send the package, and this shipping service is terrible. I haven't received the package on the day scheduled, with the message "the conseignee refused the parcel" which is a lie.
Now, already with a few days of delay. I haven't heard anything neither from the shop nor from the shipping service.
Even though this may be a problem of the shipping service, I cannot overlook that the shop chose to use that service.

The store only wrote to the shipping service after I asked them a refund. After nearly a month waiting, I asked them to cancel the order, but they never replied to me. Terrible customer service.

Ci dispiace sinceramente per l’esperienza negativa che ha riscontrato e comprendiamo il suo disappunto. Desideriamo però precisare che la spedizione è stata affidata a BRT nei tempi dovuti, come da nostra procedura standard.
Purtroppo, in questo periodo, tutti i principali corrieri stanno affrontando forti rallentamenti operativi dovuti all’elevato volume di spedizioni, e questo può aver generato anomalie negli stati di consegna, come quello da lei segnalato.
