I cancelled my subscription and money was still taken from my account. I have sent two emails and I have not received any replies. Quite unprofessional!

Whatever you do do not sign up to this company. They auto renew you when you cancel and then state they can not find your account. They keep taking payments from my account after I have written, called and asked my bank to cancel the payment. They currently owe me 4 months worth of payments that they have falsely claimed.
They auto renew even when you have cancellled. If you cancel on their website, they don’t email you confirmation so you have no proof. Advice would be cancel, take a photo of your request, make a note in the diary for a years time and jump on it straight away with your credit card company or use merchant block so they can’t just automatically take money out of your account.
While the content is fine, their customer service is non-existent. Beware that when you sign up for a subscription, it is automatically renewed the following year without any warning. They do not reply to any emails sent to them either. It just leaves a bad taste when people take advantage of you for not reading the small print. All companies these days send an email telling you your subscription is about to be renewed.
