Brilliant service, and cheap considering the items I bought are usually a lot dearer elsewhere.
I had continued dialogue also, which made the experience that bit special. In this day and age you'd usually just get passed from pillar to post.

what a fantastic company the service is some of the best I have ever received i purchased a evergrow it5012 what is a fantastic light for the money and a few months later the remote had a issue. marine farm could not have been more helpful helping me diagnose the problem and very promptly sending me a replacement. fantastic service

I had a problem with a light unit I purchased from Marine Farm 4 years ago. I sent Ian a video of what the unit was doing and he sorted everything out with the supplier in China who sent me the necessary part which arrived with me within 2 weeks and the problem was solved. Obviously, the unit was out of warranty and there was no obligation on MF to do anything but the service I received from Ian exceeded my expectations. This guy is the epitome of customer service and I will make MF my first stop if I need anything for the reef. Thank you Ian.

Absolute Fantastic service from Ian, sorted out some led Power boards for an Evergrow IT5080 that I purchased from E-bay that failed in the first month with flashing LED’s.
Ian checked all the information and quickly diagnosed the unit needed the boards to stop the lights flashing, my items were delivered straight to my door at an extremely good price!!
Thank you so Much, the light is like new again.
I will say I’m going to purchase the upgraded the PCB board with Ian’s kit this turns the light into a v2 pro with smaller lighting increments. Another really good item Marine Farm supply.
I can’t recommend enough if you need an Evergrow light or parts to repair them.
They also complete repairs for you if you send your light to them.

Great Service, after purchasing the wrong size of lightning marine farm was very helpful and issued a refund and then I repurchased the correct size lights. In addition after setting up my new lights, I had issues with the controller and after reaching out to marine farm explaining my issue, Ian replied within minutes with the solution to my problem. I will happily,recommend marine farm to anyone.

Brilliant service, all emails answered quickly and delivery was as expected. Brexit has caused a lot of issues with me being in NI but wasn't a problem to this company who seem to know what they are doing, well done as a lot of companies say they can't post her because of Brexit obviously don't need the sales 👏👏
