Was not really sure about ordering online, however it did go smoothly.
Not really happy about having to go to a bike shop so far from home to pick up. Local bike shops could not be chosen to have it shipped to.
As in most cases, some components needed to be removed and upgraded.

Had an issue with a miss shipped part, ,emailed them and they took care of the problem! Pretty quick

I called, left a message and in less than an hour I received a return call with a friendly gentleman with the name of Gravy, he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had been wanting to replace my old full suspension bike with a new one and after comparing top brands I decided that Marin was my favorite. I still haven't heard about my part being shipped four weeks after the order. There has been no reason given for any delay. I received an email on january 7 that i would be notified when my order had been picked, packed, and shipped.
