I ordered a package 2 weeks ago. I payed for 3-6 day shipping. I have reached out multiple times over email and have yet to hear back. SAVE YOUR MONEY and order somewhere else

placed an order on November 21 (!!) and the package still has not arrived, really ridiculous service. Emailed and they said they had changed warehouses and were therefore delayed. This can happen, but inform your consumers of this instead of the consumer having to contact you themselves. I think it's really ridiculous service for an order worth over 200 euros

Lost my package but did not tell me for over a month. When they finally admitted it, half the items were out of stock. So they asked me to place a new order and pay for shipping since I no longer had the minimum required. Absolute scam! Worst customer service
Update: After working with customer service, we have resolved most of the issue. I appreciate the effort made to fix the situation. I have updated the score accordingly
Final update: Wish I could give MarieMur negative star review. They never ship the items! Once again after a month, I did not receive my item. Then they told me the delay was due to a new warehouse....except they forgot they used that same excuse last year. So I know it was a lie. Then offered express delivery and it took 3 days just to get a tracking number but carrier still had not received the item. It's a real shit show of lies and deception. AVOID AT ALL COST

Ordered a bracelet and collar 2 weeks ago, paid for expedited shipping to receive in time for a gift, 2 weeks later now and the order is still unfulfilled.
I've tried to email both the 'concierge' assigned to me and their customer support email, both of which bounce with a HTTP 550 error meaning the mailbox doesn't exist.
I've also tried to reach out via socials, Instagram I've messaged 3 times and had no response, Twitter they've disallowed DM's, Facebook link on their site doesn't work and they don't have a page.
I'll be disputing the charge with my bank and getting a refund, avoid at all costs, they still advertise regularly but I'm fairly convinced it's a scam website.
EDIT: I have finally had an email from customer care after leaving this review and have replied with my complaints. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to reply to replies on Trust Pilot, or DM businesses, and I am not putting my email address publicly in this review. I will update if any resolution is found.

At Mariemur, the customer care concierges reach out to the customer. Aside from the service, the products are amazing. Incredible quality craftsmanship. Beautifully designed and executed. The customer service is exceptional! I was planning to purchase a final sale item and inquired regarding fit, as my size was out of stock. Customer service literally got measurements of the product from the production department and sent me images with the dimensions!! The agent put such an incredible amount of attention into my questions! Phenomenal company!

I bought a product and right after I saw a coupon for $30 off. I emailed and got a response within an hour and got a refund of $30 minutes after I spoke to them. Fantastic customer service.

There was a delay in shipping but I was helped by quickly and with respect and love for me as a costumer. I even received a reimbursement for shipping cost. I’m still waiting for the package so I can’t review that part of the process but the costumer service has been trumping expectations!

Another set of gorgeous leather bras from Mariemur!! This time I got the red versions of two bras I already have in black, the Charlotte and the Ari. They are sleek, elegant and luxurious yet sturdy enough to withstand rough use ;)
