The white and the black dresses I bought are stunning and I just love them! Easy to wear and easy to care!

I ordered two dresses for the first time and both are absolutely stunning. They are super high quality—maintaining structure and staying wrinkle free. Best of all they are comfortable! They are effortlessly chic. I highly recommend-you won’t be disappointed.

Very disappointed with my experience.

I ordered a dress and paid a significant shipping fee at checkout. I have now received a DHL request for an additional £77.02 in import duty/tax before the parcel can be delivered.

This was not made clear to me when I ordered. If I had known I would be charged almost another £80 on top of the item and shipping cost, I would not have placed the order.

I have contacted the company asking them to clarify this as the final cost is now much higher than the amount I agreed to at checkout.

I now feel stuck, because I either have to pay the extra charge to receive the dress, or refuse it and risk losing the money I have already paid while waiting for the parcel to be returned and refunded.

Stunning quality & original prints. These dresses are show stopping. To add to this the refreshingly professional customer service adds the cherry 🍒 on the cake. In a digital world full of retailers MS standa apart.

After declining delivery due to over £90 import duty I am still waiting for a refund over 1 month ago. Frequently contacted lillian in customer support but no refund.

You may not be looking for compliments when wearing a Marielle Stokkelaar dress, but you will get them! I feel that they are unique , comfortable elegant. No matter where or when! I have built up a collection and, yes, I’ll continue!

I live in Germany and delivery was really fast. The dress is so nice and colourful. I wasn't sure if the one-size-fits-all would be fine for me. I wear size 44(XXL) but it fits very well. Hope, spring comes soon....

The dress was shipped quickly in the US, and I had zero issues. The fabric is amazing, and the dress is overall very well-made. I wish I had a closet full of these!

I have been trying to return a dress and get a refund - the worst experience I ever had with any online shop!!! For 2 months I have been writing back and forth and still did not get my money back. It seems they try to avoid refunds at all costs. If I don't get my money back within the next week I will have to take legal action

I placed an order for an event with 3 days to received the dress , I paid a two days DHL service , unfortunately the carrier company , handle the dress to post office and they were running late , so I sent emails to Marielle stuff asking for help , and they started pushing the carrier with emails making sure to be delivery on time , they offered a $10.00 refund , for the shipping , the day came and I had lost all the hope to received it , so I started to get , something else and 3 hours prior the event , the dress arrived , so I was able to wear as I had contemplated ❣️

I've just had a very good experience with Marielle. I live in the UK and fell foul to the import cost and charges which they gave a voucher towards my next purchase. I exchanged my dress and had it delivered to an address in Amsterdam. Customer Services were very quick to respond and extremely pleasant. Thanks particularly to Lillian

I thought a long time before I ordered the dress. It was out of my price range but it was so beautiful. Easter was fast approaching and we were attending a special event. I ordered and even paid extra for faster shipping. It was delivered on time. It is the most beautiful pink color; and fabulous fabric. I wore it Easter. I love it! Everybody raved. It was by far the prettiest dress at the upscale event. I have two upcoming formal weddings to attend. I will wear it. Thank you for your excellent service and for making such a lovely dress. The dress made my day.

Firstly the delivery time is excellent. And the support team are efficient and my query and exchange were handled quickly and I received my new dress immediately. The quality of the dresses is top class and they wash beautifully too. I will definitely be buying again.

I bought two dresses last year. They were good quality but didn't suit. When I tried to return them it was incredibly difficult. My emails went unanswered and when eventually I got replies staff tried everything to get me to keep the dresses. It took weeks of perseverance and quoting my legal rights to get a refund. Never again would I order.

The pink flowery dress is more like a size 20/22!!!!
I can’t return it so I’ve boiled it and tried to shrink it in the tumble dryer!!!
The sizing says up to a 14!
I’m an 18 and it’s far too big!

I purchased the pink dress and it was huge. I have tried 8 times to get them to respond so I could get label for return. They have literally ignored all correspondence. This company is a Scam. Know I am stuck with a 310.00 loss. Do not use this site as you will never be able to return. So they contacted me yesterday basically calling me a liar saying they replied many times check your junk emails. 🤥 lie as I keep all junk emails. Never trust this company!

I feel completely scammed by Marielle Stokkelaar. I ordered a "one size fits all" dress that looked like a tent on my 5'8"/135lb body. I requested to return the dress and was asked if I would like a partial credit so I could bring it to a tailor and have alterations done. I declined the offer, paid to ship the dress back and then crickets. I repeatedly had to reach out via email, asking the status of my return. Two weeks ago I was told, through an email, that the return had been initiated and that the money would hit my account in 7-10 business days. 13 days later, I followed up again and was told the "refund should be returned within this week". It is impossible to reach a human being- all communication must be done through email and responses are not timely. I don't understand how an established company can be run so badly except to say that it all feels contrived and like a scam. Beware of this company or at least be prepared to have to spend hours of valuable time trying to get your money back.

The dresses are absolutely beautiful! I recently ordered one and the belt was missing. I emailed this company and the same day received a response and the belt was mailed. Five stars for quality and service!!
