This company is a scam. They claim to have a shop or family behind it, but there’s no such thing. Don’t buy from them or believe their claims.

I bought four items after seeing their Instagram story. When I received the order confirmation, I realised it was a scam and the items would come from China. I contacted them, asking for a cancellation and refund, but they didn’t get back to me.

Two weeks later, they said the items had been posted. I asked again, and they said they were in transit. When I finally received the items, they were as expected – very poor quality from China, ordered from Ali Express. Nothing like what it was advertised.

I asked for a return, but they didn’t respond. I reported them as a scam.

Dreadful company. DO NOT USE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. No returns or refunds. I mistakenly ordered 2 dresses appropriately £27 each. I explained I wanted a refund as quality of dresses were awful. I was offered a 10% refund or to send them back it was £17 postage!! The company also comes off line and restart in a slightly different name.

Received my order this morning after a 2 week wait, the dress was nothing like I ordered, cheap polyester, awful quality, have now discovered this is not from a boutique in the UK!
The story about the owner being taken ill, is all made up IS A SCAM , shame on you!!
Don't know how to return!

Coming from abroad when you track not from St Ives beloved store!!! the item is rubbish, cheap fabric and not what it says, why are they allowed to trade and rip people off like this?
Please d9 not buy form them, in fact I am done with buying off instagram as nothing has been like it says.

Appalling materials, very small. Just dreadful quality and their response is to say it will cost me more to send it back to their Chinese manufacturer. I honestly was touched by the family history but realise what a scam it is. I raise funds for a children’s hospice and their fund raising shop will get this BIG mistake!

1. There is no boutique in st Ives by this name. (I didn’t know that when I ordered)
2. The goods I ordered arrived after 2 weeks. A cashmere cardigan (it wasn’t) and a dress with one side slit (it hasn’t)
3. I requested a full refund and apparently I have to send the goods back to China (at extortionate cost….they say) in order to get any money back.
4. The goods are cheap and nasty, and could be bought for a small percentage of what they charge.
5. Their customer services have offered to allow me to keep the clothes I have and can order more to the same value but what’s the point it’s all rubbish?
6. AVOID at all cost.

Bought a piece for my wife after seeing the farewell sale. She loved it.

By supplying customers with what they think they’ve ordered. Utter rubbish, not fit for purpose. I cannot express how furious I am

It couldn't improve, well maybe truthful about where their stock really comes from and how awful the quality is.
NEVER will I buy there again. Now I need to try to return this rubbish!

Just received a blue top !!! Nothing like the photo… no return form just arrived in a bag with no paper work !!! I think that this company is not what it says it is !!!! Fuming 😡… I want a refund !! Please advise if anyone knows !!!!!!

Everything from the fabric to the fit exceeded my expectations. I love supporting smaller brands like this – you can really see the difference.

I ordered a lovely Miriam dress-medium size but when it arrived it looked very cheap and wrong size- very small .
I’m not sure how to return for full refund, could someone here advise as there was no invoice or order number in the bag it was delivered in . Thanks

This store has such a lovely vibe, You can tell care goes into the packaging and product quality. I've already gotten compliments!

My package hadn't arrived. I was helped politely. customer service looked into it, and the fault was with the delivery person. I received my jacket yesterday. Nice jacket for a good price.

This is a foreign (Chinese) company operating under the guise of being in the UK. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, DESPITE WHAT THE REVIEWS SAY.
SCAMMED OUT OF £80odd quid. My own stupid fault! They took weeks to deliver, got the stuff through today. Stinks of plastic.

I received my order within 4 days and am happy with my dress. Definitely worth repeating.

Scam they did this a couple of months ago but said they were called St Ives Boutique they are actually in China and the stuff is awful an costs £30 to send back DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
