Where do I start
Where do I start, first of all, there is no advanced trade framework, you must enter your stops and TP after beginning the trade. The commission and fees are not predictive before you execute, only after close is the pound of flesh taken from your profits (which are not reflected in the real time ROE%). To absolutely top it off, the entire website has crashed and has displayed zero data, knocking me out of my positions and absolutely disemboweling my trading account balance. But I'm sure "technical difficulties" are MY FAULT somehow.... This won't be the only complaint, this happened on the US President election night. Considering a litigation inquiry. Do not use them, you will not be satisfied.
Also, withdraw requests can be denied, just because they feel like it. Read the terms and conditions carefully...

I'm compelled to share my ongoing struggle with Margex, compounded by a recent traumatic experience with Celsius. Here's my journey:
Celsius Aftermath: I recently faced a financial catastrophe with Celsius, where I nearly lost all my life savings. The $10,000 I'm now desperately trying to access on Margex was my recovery from that ordeal, making this situation even more devastating.
Acknowledgment of Missteps: I've admitted to Margex about trading from the USA, misled by US-based YouTubers who failed to mention restrictions. I've also disclosed creating multiple accounts for security, a practice I thought was prudent but which I learned was against Margex's rules. I've voluntarily forfeited all bonus funds ($263) to rectify this.
Continued Silence and Frustration: Despite these admissions and corrections, and after over 30 emails, I've received no response from Margex. My funds remain locked, intensifying my distress following the Celsius debacle.
Urgency for Resolution: This isn't just about the funds anymore; it's about my mental health. Being ignored after losing so much to exchanges like Celsius and now Margex is pushing me towards despair.
A Plea for Action: Margex, I've tried to comply fully with your policies. Please respond. Let's resolve this. To others, especially from the USA, DONT USE. What might seem like straightforward trading can lead to unexpected complications. If i was trying to be shady i would have used a VPN.
Transparency Needed: Future users, be aware that even with straightforward issues, response times can be indefinite, leading to significant emotional and financial stress.
I'm reaching out once more, hoping this review might finally prompt the attention my case desperately needs.
