I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering glasses from Margerie Crystal.
At the time of purchase, the website stated that shipping would take 1–3 days. I placed my order on August 5th, and it has now been almost two weeks with no delivery and no clear information about the status of my order. I have contacted customer service by email and Instagram messenger, but I have not received any response yet.
This is not acceptable, especially when customers have already paid for their order. If there is a delay or an issue with the shipment, the least you can do is communicate with your customers and provide an honest update.

I’ve ordered 12 glasses from this company. They finally arrived after about a month with no notification of any delays. When they did arrive the interiors were unpolished with frosted texture as if unpolished or overspray. I’ve sent multiple messages without any response.

I have received the crystal glasses I bought through margerieatelier.com, I was really disappointed because they are so poorly cut, and no shiny at all.The color has nothing to do with the cheerful colors you see on their website. The images on their website are misleading. I have tried to contact them twice but no answer. as I European consumer I have the right to send the item back within 14 days but I cannot reach them.
