Completely disappointed I was under the…
Completely disappointed I was under the impression that the item was hand made stained glass and when it arrived it is thick ugly plastic! Unable to source required battery despite repeated attempts. Was under the impression that item was hand made in Noosa Australia but when asked about returns was advised that item had to be returned to Berlin at my own cost! Don’t waste your money it is a complete scam

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. Getting a refund is virtually impossible. They tell you they can’t refund until the item is returned at your cost to Germany.
SCAM
Products aren’t genuine, says its Australian but it definitely not, plastic shit material.
I'd leave -Minus 10 if I could
I'd leave -Minus 10 if I could, just like reviews before me also the same junk and well execute con from scammers. My only regret is I didn't research the f/b prior to ordering. Red flags should have gone up when PayPal payment wasn't an option. Reported to scam watch but I'm sure there are plenty out there in cyber space who get away with it over and over again. My bag for not heading the red flag.
FAKE
As everyone else has said the images shown on the advert are glass but in reality you end up with a $20 plastic item made in China. The return address is Germany and the cost to post is just as much as the item. Never buy from this company, NEVER
SCAM! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Piece of plastic crap that does not look like advertised product! Order took so long to get here! Not from Noosa! Made cheaply overseas. Not a plug in lamp … junk requiring a battery. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

MargaretNoosa Fake website with fake images and uses…
Fake website with fake images and uses a sob story to get you to purchase, also implies by the name that they are in Noosa Australia when in fact they are overseas and credit card is authorised in UK. The items are a cheap painted moulded plastic with a usb cord for lighting which is pathetic. Received broken item as well and there customer service uses copy and paste answers. Products are worth approx $10 each, if that. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THERE WEBSITE margaretnoosa.com we have applied for refund from our credit card issuer.

W A R N I N G : Fake website and products!!!
Ordered over $350 of products from their website and received cheap plastic imitations of the handcrafted products advertised online.
The website is a scam, posing as a company in Queenstown, New Zealand selling hand made crystal products with a sad story but the cheap injection molded products are shipped from China!!
Beware of this seller as they are deceiving you with a fake website and selling items that are not even worth shipping.
A very disappointing experience but I only hope the warnings on Trust pilot will help others.
Also running exactly the same scam under margaretqueenstown.com

Extremely disappointed
My mugs arrived today. Extremely small can’t even have a cup of coffee in them. They are definitely not HAND MADE. I googled and found them on eBay and Temu. Got ripped of horribly. Bought to help the person out as it was a closing down sale.
Do not purchase
Absolutely shameful scammers
Absolutely shameful scammers in pretending to be a recently widowed old woman selling hand made stained glass lamps from her shop in Noosa, Australia.
A very emotional FAKE backstory explaining how the poor old woman had been hand making these lamps with her husband until he died recently and how she just cant go on without him so is selling the lamps at an 80% discount while stocks last.
They claim to have a store in Noosa. ITS ALL LIES!
There is no store in Noosa. No ABN. No Margaret.
Just a bunch of low life scammers preying on kind hearted last minute shoppers at Christmas time.
Red Flag #1: Item not delivered after 14 days.
Red Flag #2: Complaint email responded to by the customer care department - what happened to a one woman show in Noosa?
Red Flag#3: The response email is very obviously authored by AI, using commonly scripted sentences unnecessrily repeated multiple times in slightly different ways.
So then a little digging and the reviews start to appear.
Most people never receive anything and demands for refunds are ignored.
Those who do receive lams, receive tiny little plastic lamps available from AliExpress for $8, shipped from China.
They do not accept Paypal because they have clearly been banned.
My bank investigated and advised of my refund within 12 hours of me filing a report.
My heart goes out to all the people who have fallen victim to these scammers. What a truly horrible scam.
Report it to your bank. Do not claim it as a fraudulent transaction because that wont work. Claim it as a scam - goods not received and your bank will quickly get you a refund.
Then (As advised by ComBank) cancel your card as the scammers have your details even if you paid using apple pay.
Better to suffer the inconvenience of a replacement card than letting those scammers use your card again.
They have been reported to ScamWatch multiple times. They are now on Australian Government's radar and will ultimately be caught.
