This was truly the first time we have been as satisfied with a hotel as we were at Ayada Maldives.

The food, the villa, the cleanliness, the room service, and all the staff were excellent. The arrangements for the transfer and the airport pickup also worked perfectly.

The only area that could be improved is the evening entertainment—perhaps more exciting shows or activities could be planned.

We would especially like to thank Burak Bey and our butler John. Both of them responded to all of our wishes immediately and made our stay even more special and enjoyable.

Ziyazan was responsive, helpful, and courteous from the start of our booking exploration - finding us the optimal combination and trouble shooting our deposit issue with another agency.
The physical logistics was also seamless, from the resort and agency meeting us at Male upon arrival and guiding us to our connecting flight terminal and travel lounge to get to our final destination.

We were travelling from Switzerland. I highly recommend this company. Very friendly and professional staff. Everything went smoothely from arrival to departure.

Marfini Maldives were fantastic to work with throughout our trip planning and travel. They took the time to guide us through different Maldives options based on our budget and requirements, and ultimately secured us an excellent deal at the resort we chose.

What really stood out was how proactive and responsive they were once we’d booked. They helped coordinate activities as well as F&B reservations, and acted as a great go-between to keep everything moving. Whenever the hotel concierge was slow to respond to our WhatsApp messages/emails, Marfini stepped in and followed up directly with the hotel to push for confirmations — which made a huge difference and removed a lot of stress.

On arrival in Malé, they also welcomed us at the airport alongside the hotel team and ensured all transfers and logistics were smooth and seamless.

Professional, reliable, and genuinely helpful — I would absolutely use Marfini Maldives again and recommend them to anyone planning a Maldives trip.

From enquiry to booking confirmation, Hussain has been a great help. From Day 1 5 Dec 2025 landed at Male, till departure on 12 Dec 2025, everything is well taken care of. At every transit, there will be someone there to assist and escort. Upon arrival at the villa, was assigned to Murooj the customer relation manager. He is extremely friendly and helpful, everything is well taken care of. Wide variety of food and beverages at the villa. Money well spent and everything is well taken care of!

We need to find a resort for Christmas only three weeks before the holiday. Ziyazan helped us a perfect resort, newly opened, close to the airport and equipped with everything we need.

He came to pick up us at the airport and passed us to the good hands of the resort personnel. Also, he followed up on us during our stay, excellent experience!

I was unsure of what to do and who to use travelling to the Maldives. MARFINI made everything smooth from arrival right through to our departure. We have someone from marfini every step of the way and I couldn't be happier. Communication via whattsapp was so easy and I had an answer pretty much straight away.

Marfini and the team there were so excellent to work with. Excellent communicators, beautiful attention to detail and service, making sure we had everything we needed and were properly looked after. They coordinated with the resort and facilitated amazing experiences and special upgrades on our behalf. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with them and we would definitely work with them again!

It was truly a pleasure working with Marfini Maldives—especially Hussain. He consistently went above and beyond with every request, and even managed to secure a room upgrade for us. I was particularly impressed by how he coordinated with the resort management to help me obtain my medication from outside the island; his dedication and efficiency made all the difference.

I’ll admit, I was a bit hesitant at first since Marfini is new in the business, but choosing them turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. From arranging our accommodation at a great price to communicating directly with the resort to organize our transfers, everything was handled seamlessly. We didn’t have to worry about a single detail—everything was already taken care of by them and the resort.

I honestly can’t recommend them enough if you’re planning a trip to the Maldives. We will definitely be using their services again for our next visit.
