BEWARE! When you log into the store, there is your country's flag at the top, shipping is FREE to your location, seems it will ship locally...And it does... BUT, if a product is unsatisfactory, in my case, ordered 2 XL size which is pretty standard for me. One fits fine, the other is marked XL but is at least 2 sizes smaller. I requested a refund upon return. I was then, very politely, instructed to return the jacket to Italy! I am in Canada! Although the product was originally shipped from a North-American address... The only return facility is in Italy... Return shipment to Italy costs more than the jacket's price. Feels like an easy way to make sure no returns or refunds are made, I feel taken advantage of... How would a customer oriented company be so irresponsible as to have shipping in a country but not have ways to manage returns, which are bound to happen, in the clothing industry...
RESULT: No accommodation, no refund...

Terrible quality (nothing like what was pictured/described) and non existent customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this site.

I ordered a jacket in XL size. When it arrived, there was an extreme amount of condensation in the plastic packaging. The jacket was actually damp, and musty smelling. When the jacket finally dried out, I tried it on. All tags on the jacket had only Asian script. The plastic bag it came in was labeled XL. The jacket, at best, was a medium size. Marcus put me through a convoluted return process, then informed me that the jacket should be returned by parcel post to Italy, at my expense. I paid $62. USD for the jacket, and return post would cost $70. CAD. Ridiculous! Although I did nothing wrong, Marcus refused to make things right. Their best offer? We’ll give you a ‘goodwill’ discount of 30% on a future order. Buyer beware! Shoddy product, and worse customer service!

Nice quality, well priced and good service.

I ordered four articles of clothing: two coats and two shirts, each different colours. The coats arrived looking like they had never been pressed into the shape they were intended to cover. Seams were misaligned and the underlayment of the seams were not flattened in any direction. When I tried on the coats the pockets on either side did not line up. In one case the misalignment was a good inch and a half off. They were in such bad shape that I couldn't even give them away to a homeless person. The shirts were illustrated as if they had four pockets, but two were fake pockets and the two real ones were so small you couldn't fit a hand or phone or wallet in them; they were barely large enough to fit a credit card in them. All four articles were the worst articles of clothing that I have ever tried on.

I ordered a jacket XL size. I received the jacket marked XL but the actual size must have been a small because I could hardly get it anywhere near closed. I sent a return notice on-line as their instructions noted but heard nothing from them. I sent a second notice, also with no response. I could not find a phone number to call anywhere, including Google. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away. I am still exploring ways to resolve this situation. I can;t even remember the exact date of the original delivery. I am so frustrated.

This company has all the markings of a scam.i ordered a jacket and payed.They didn't deliver.Then demanded my id number,alleging its required by customs in my country.Its not ,and they say their information that it is cant be disclosed,being confidential .They also confirmed order was despatched.Not true.They cant produce a way bill to prove.They say its confidential.It seems i was confidentially scammed.

I purchased 2 jackets one was taged a med. but I could'nt even get it closed must have been a small with a wrong tag. I am a 39-40 chest size
The second jacket was not of the quality I expected. These jackets I purchased were shipped from Missisauga Ont. I was asked to return them to Italy at a cost of over $60.00

It is my easy go-to sweatshirt. Product as describes and worth every penny.
