I had a positive experience with Marco Harris, particularly with Amy and Sam. Amy was knowledgeable, professional, and supportive throughout the sale process, even aiding us with advice for a purchase through another agency. Sam provided excellent service, guiding us through the stressful parts and staying available outside of regular hours. Their modern approach and select property portfolio stood out to us. We were impressed with Marco Harris and would consider using their services again in the future. Overall, a solid choice for anyone seeking professional and reliable estate agents. 4 stars.

Coren and Shannon sold a property for the seller and I was the buyer. Throughout the process they provided excellent service and communication to both me and the seller. They provided information in a timely manner and also helped me buy my first home while navigating the difficulties with a difficult solicitor. I would highly recommend this company and their personable staff.

We’ve recently let our studio apartment out through Marco Harris and from start to finish the process has been simple, efficient and more importantly successful in finding us the right tenant. The team have guided us every step of the way, kept us well informed and had simple to use systems in place - honestly not a bad word to say about our experiences.

We had almost decided to use another agent, but at the last minute we invited Marco Harris “just to see what they would say”. This was by far the best decision we could have ever made! It was evident from the first contact that they were professional and efficient and we quickly arranged to see Kieran. We realised almost instantly that MH were who we wanted to list our house with! This is because his passion and enthusiasm came across so strongly. He listened and really understood our property. We instinctively knew they were the ones! Above all, we wernt treated like a number, or just another client. I would also like to add that I am a self confessed control/clean freak and every request was dealt with to make me feel very at ease. From the outset from Connor and Mark coming to value my property, they were nothing but friendly and realistic with managing my expectations in explaining the process. I was impressed with the professionalism when listing my property. I was introduced to Amy who managed my listing and Sale. Amy communicated in a way that worked well for me due to work, keeping updated on enquiries/viewings in a very timely manner and from going live on the market, Amy got me an offer over asking price in less than 5 days! So far I can truly say they have a great job in acting for me! I would highly recommend the team to anyone!

I would highly recommend Sam at Marco Harris. I initially went with another Estate Agent as I'd never dealt with them. Big mistake. They had 20 weeks and kept asking me to reduce price and only getting a handful of viewings.
Sam arranged for far superior marketing, arranged more viewings in the first 2 weeks than they had in 20. This resulted in 3 offers, one above asking price which I accepted.
His communication throughout the next stage of the process has been amazing, particularly given a few challenges along the way. He held the sale together right through to completion providing regular updates and excellent advice.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and only wish I'd gone with him from the outset.

Lloyd was our agent from Marco Harris. From start to finish we had full transparency on this sale. expectations were set and as promised the property was sold within 48 hours of marketing. speed of sale was our priority and so I’m 100% pleased with the outcome and would recommend Marco Harris and Lloyd to anyone wishing to sell.

She is both friendly and passionate about her profession which is infectious. Nothing was too much trouble and she was able to answer so many questions about the property and the area as we are relocating. She is diligent in her work even after our purchase chasing solicitors etc. I cannot recommend enough. We have a friend moving later next year so will definitely be back with no hesitation.

I wanted to take the time to thank Amy for her all her help whilst we have been looking for a property recently. She was so approachable and professional, guiding us through the process as we have come to purchasing a property later on in life. Sam has been an amazing estate agent. When he first showed us around the house we bought, his knowledge of the property was very impressive and he was really helpful in answering all of our questions! Sam also has been extremely fast at replying to us throughout the entire house buying process and always kept in the loop with what was going on with the rest of the chain, which was incredibly helpful! We would definitely go with Marco Harris and reach out to Sam in the future when we are looking to move again.
