Truffa: capi di qualità scadente, arrivati in ritardo e non forniscono indicazioni su come effettuare reso e rimborso

Capì arrivati con molto ritardo.
I capi sono di qualità scadente e di manifattura cinese.
Ho richiesto il rimborso e la procedura di reso ma continuano a inviare mail chiedendo foto, motivazioni del reso quando in Italia vige il diritto di reso/recesso che permette di effettuare il reso ed ottenere rimborso integrale entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione del prodotto.
Denuncerò alle autorità competenti se non otterrò il rimborso.
Ho già inoltrato la questione al mio legale.
In sintesi: una vera e propria truffa

Attenzione ci sono cascata anche io!

Attenzione ci sono cascata anche io!! Eppure sono sempre attenta sono stata attratta dai loro prodotti che sembravano originali e carini ho pagato ma dopo giorni non è arrivato niente!! Spero ancora anche se ero consapevole della scarsa qualità

Trattasi di truffa, non comprate nulla. Ho effettuato un ordine e non ho mai ricevuto nulla. All'assistenza clienti non risponde nessuno. Denuncerò alle autorità competenti.
