Wouldn’t even give MARCO MARINO a review but I made an order over £100 for a coat and never received it so I got scammed and wasn’t even able to get a refund as they had blocked my email and then the website had got shut down

Total scam!! Husband bought ill fitting and poor quality shirt . After a few emails we managed to return it . Unfortunately it cost me £16 to return it and the shirt has now been returned as the company have ‘gone away’. Please avoid this Chinese company at all costs!

These people are thieves. The items they advertise are not the items they deliver. They deliver cheap and nasty items similar in name only.
I returned the apalling 'shoes' to them as per their instructions. Despite full tracking data they claim they never received them. I'm now £61 out of pocket. They are disgusting people who operate a scam site and sadly I fell for it. Lesson learnt......it WON'T happen again!!

I ordered a Christmas jumper. It was showing as in stick and delivery by Royal Mail. Paid £50 as it looked good quality. Totally different jumper arrived 3 weeks later (approx 3 days before Christmas so too late for work events). Very poor quality and way too small. I complained but they said i had to return at my cost. No regards for UK law and the 14day rule etc. they offered 20 20% goodwill gesture! Never acknowldeged that they delivered wrong item. Never offered a solution.
Website now diverts to a lighting Company!
They wont send a copy of terms and conditions.

Now saying im outside of the 30 days return period so can only offer a 20% voucher to use online, despite the website link no longer existing.

Will never use again. Inly got 1 star as it is the lowest possible, they dont deserve even 1 star!

100% scam thief people and their courier service relay they are also scam they did not deliver my item and did not refund my money they are thief its a chiness companey using european name they are thief dont buy any one other wise you loose your money

Ordered my partner a coat for christmas, thr picture of the coat looked very nice military style type coat.
Coat arrived 3 weeks later, and was a total different coat of very poor quality and no labels within the coat.
Contact made with company via email and was told I was to pay return costs back to China for a refund, or 20% refund and keep the wrong coat.
Im not happy to pay the return costs due to them sending me the wrong coat.
Emails sent back and fourth..... with not getting anywhere!
AVOID AVOID this scam of a company.
If only id have seen these reviews before I ordered from them.

I read this too late and I have also been scammed. I did get the two pairs of shoes that I ordered but they are nothing like the quality shown on the website and certainly not worth the £45 per pair they charged me. The returns then want you to pay £25 to return the products which I’m not sure they will ever refund. I’m not going to risk losing another £25 on these people it’s a clear scam. Beware & look at the reviews!!

Ordered a black 1/4 zip men's medium jumper at £50!!!! (but it's what my son wanted for Christmas). It took a while to arrive and when it did it was extremely small. Not a men's medium at all. On top of that the label inside had been cut out, so it could have been any brand, who knows. I have emailed them, I'm not hopeful of hearing anything back. AVOID this company at all costs.

Ordered something for Xmas present 10 days ago. Nothing has arrived no tracking details no contact number to call and they don’t reply via there own contact form.
Probably a scam will getting a refund via my credit card.

Purchased a jacket which then took nearly 6 weeks to arrive and when it did it was poor quality very cheaply made but the best bit is it wasn’t even the jacket that I’d ordered it was a different one !
I did settle for a 20% refund and kept the jacket as I was going to have to pay for the return postage to China and didn’t trust I would get anything back at all if I posted it
And then I gave the jacket to a charity shop
Lesson learnt don’t order anything from Marco Marino , ordered on 1st Oct got refund on 1st Dec !

What a waste of hard earned money.... I wish I would have read the reviews on Trust pilot before ordering, I ordered a winters coat costing £65 it arrived today from Canada I might add.. it doesn't look as good in the pictures, it's flimsy not padded and definitely not a winters coat a summer coat at best, I Will add you can buy the same coat off Amazon for £23 and yes it comes from China so don't be fooled your getting a designer coat like I was, How a company can sell it as a designer label I don't know, I feel ripped off completely, DON'T BUY!!!! You have been warned.....
Only positive to this experience it was delivered undamaged from Canada...

Was looking forward to receiving a plush, full length, hooded gents bathrobe, but, instead was sent, after a few weeks, a short, unrecognizable robe worth under a tenth of the money I paid! This is a Chinese company that preys on people's gullibility.

Second comment/update here, 2+ months after paying £35 to return a coat and I have yet to have a refund. They are stating my coat is stuck in customs and that I need to somehow contact them to pay a customs charge, which is impossible. I have spoken with Royal Mail and the team at Marco are useless and just giving me 'sorry but we can't help' replie. Lost out on £140 so far with nothing to show. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS WEBSITE. I have filed a report with my bank who have said they will investigate the company

Third class product and pathetic service. I got my parcel a month ago, paid for a jacket which was looking good on the website and when it came it was a third class product. I contacted them four times and didn’t get a proper response and then they said you have to send the product back on your own expense. Till today I don’t even know at which address do I have to send the product back.

This is a Chinese awful 😢 woman her name is Mia Klein. She is NOT Italian. She is using Italian sounding name Marco Marino to fool you and she’s selling RAGS not clothes. I bought a pair of shoes that were supposed to be leather but guess what I got PLASTIC with one black the other brown. The pair of trousers is like a cow vomit 🤮.
When I asked for return she wanted to offer a discount. A very malicious woman, she doesn’t think about the bad things she has been doing to others. People work hard to get money and she takes it as granted.
U.K. government must act and ban her from selling in U.K..

Wouldn’t give me a return address and then asked for pictures ? Still not received return instructions. Complete fraudsters
