DO NOT BUY FROM MJ DIRECTLY

I purchased one of their large crossover leather bags at a store about 2 hours from where I live on Saturday and wore twice for a few hours while we were visiting the area. I noticed on Monday (not even 2 days later) the leather was starting to peel off in a small area on the logo. I took it back to the original store to exchange and the SA acted as if I was trying to scam them with a fake bag. I clearly had my receipt. I've since talked to customer service twice, emailed the warranty twice and called the store I purchased at as well. Needless to say, they don't stand by their products and I will absolutely NEVER purchase from a MJ store again. If I do ever purchase a MJ item, it will be from Nordstrom who have a reasonable return and exchange policy that is super easy. I will also tell everyone I know to do the same. And MJ isn't even that high end or what I would consider a "luxury" brand.

High priced and they don't stand by product

Purchased 2 Marc Jacobs Beauty gel eyeliners. Product solidified and was no longer gel- defective product. I contacted Marc Jacobs customer service, and was told to send email with photos which I did. Within 1 hour then responded with a rejection saying that only have a 1 year warranty. When purchasing a high end luxury cosmetic, people do not expect it to become unusable in 2-3 years. They should have at least given a partial refund. AVOID this company. They do not stand by their high-priced products.

I’ve had the most terrible experience…

I’ve had the most terrible experience with Marc Jacobs. After ordering the bag in July 2024. I received 2 incorrect tracking codes that kept being delivered to any address but mine. I’ve reached out several times to no response. This is certainly a scam.

I'm thoroughly disappointed in the…

I'm thoroughly disappointed in the product that I purchased from Marc Jacobs. This is my purse after 5 months of usage. And I tried to make a warranty claim, and they denied it, and they reported that it was normal wear and tear. The leather is literally ripping from the handles on my bag. Really what is normal about this after 5 months. I provided my original purchase information $450. and they won't honor they warranty. I've have Tory purses for years. That looked better then my marc Jacob purses. Absolute, horrible customer i have called and sent three different emails service.

MARC JACOBS OUTLET CANADA IS NOT LEGIT

I don't know about marcjabcobs.com but marcjacoboutletcanada is definitely a scam. I purchased a camera bag orig price is $450 selling for $150. Signed up no welcome email plus add to cart and checked out. My Mastercard was charged no confirmation of shipment and the freaking item is still in the cart. Try to contact them, they give you a stupid page of verify by numbers and letters then write to them. I wrote and hit submit. The whole screen went blank. No contact no. U can call. Wth

Absolutely not recommend

I bought a black tote bag and I didn't even leave it in the sun. I haven't even had it for a year and it has become ugly, used and brown. For a 300€ bag it's really the worst quality I've seen. I absolutely do not recommend.

I recently ordered the tote mini on…

I recently ordered the tote mini on August 30. It told me it was getting delivered on 9 September. I called to check up on my product that I had order. They told me I had been delivered to go ahead and call UPS. I called UPS no answer. They filed a claim with UPS on behalf of myself and I receive a letter on my email stating there’s nothing they can do and that there’s no way they can help me very unprofessional.

I would not recommend the canvas tote

I would not recommend the canvas tote! We purchased as a gift for our daughter. It arrived in January and the black wad faded by June. We wrote Marc Jacob's customer service and they advised "If the purchase was made on marcjacobs.com, we do not offer repairs or replacements parts—however, we are eager to help." Funny that other companies offer warranties including brands like Gucci who offers bag repair and North Face has lifetime guarantee.

I ordered 2 items

I ordered 2 items. The Marc Jacobs company uses UPS as their delivery service. The delivery was attempted but in the event that I was not home, I figured they would leave it at a pick up location. Instead it was sent back to the company. I spoke to UPS, and they stated they couldn't do anything. I spoke to a rep in Marc Jacobs and they said unfortunately they could not do anything but return my money back in 10 business days. I was unable to purchase these items again because they were sold out. So I just lost out on what I wanted, with no one trying to resolve the issue.

Canvas bag speckled with mold!

I opened my Marc Jacobs medium canvas tote bag today as soon as it arrived. It was speckled with white mold!! I am really disappointed! I guarantee you that if Cardi B (the rapper on the website promoting these) were purchasing one, it would arrive in a limo with a bodyguard but because I'm a nobody from Baldwinsville, I get trash! I'm a hard working individual and deserve to be treated as such especially when purchasing what I thought to be, a higher end item!

Well seem like when you order from the…

Well seem like when you order from the website…you would think you getting your bag from the store but it’s coming from a warehouse here in South Carolina. The bag came flat..no stuffings inside the bag. Very disappointed! For the prices of these bag you would expect much better quality. Will never order from them again! AND IM RETURNING THE BAG!!!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, you can’t even speak to a person it is down through a robot. I have to cancel an order and have heard nothing for over a week leaving me worried for where or if I will have my money returned. Please order through Harrods or Selfridges if ordering in UK, as this is probably the worst customer services I have ever seen.

DONT BUY THE JEWELRY!!!
It will tarnish in 2 weeks the charms will fall off and they will not refund it. Their policy is email the warranty company they will never respond .
Such a rip off and their jewelry has horrible reviews. I should’ve read them before my purchase and I’m sorry I didn’t . There are literally hundreds of unhappy customers. That are being ignored after their purchase. I feel like I’ve been ripped off by a multi million dollar company. To be ignored after a purchase, is the absolute WORST. I have many bags and I love the perfume. I will never spend another dime with a company that has zero respect for the clientele that has made them successful.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever, the company changing the prices every day.
I bought a bag first day of sale and second day they just changed the discount and they just took a case number for adjustment and left the case opened for several days. However I requested to make a refund so they asked me to pay for shipping though they didn’t mention any thing about return shipping cost in their policy. On the top of that you can’t contact the international customer service through phone.😡😡

End using Animals!!

Marc Jacobs the finished inanimate objects you design may be popular but the trend to use and abuse living animals for their skins and furs is extremely outdated and barbaric!
When will you be a design leader/innovator and start using ONLY sustainable cruelty free vegan options on a regular continuous basis? Transitioning from sentient animals to plant-based leathers compliments MOST OF YOUR CUSTOMERS professed values and morals, guaranteed! Just think of this question being asked to your customers: "Would you deliberately hurt an animal if it was unnecessary?"
I will wait patiently for a meaningful response from you and only you!!

Think Twice

Currently, the brand’s rating stands at 1.6, prompting me to regret my decision to engage with them. After utilizing their product consistently for four months, the ‘leather’ adorned logo swiftly deteriorated, resembling battle-worn attire. Regrettably, upon contacting the company, they attributed the damage to ‘wear and tear,’ despite the brief period of ownership. Notably, comparative brands such as Michael Kors or Coach exemplify superior service standards. Despite their gesture of a 20% discount on a subsequent purchase, the irreversible harm to brand trust has been established. Consequently, I am inclined to discontinue patronage of Marc Jacobs, advocating for alternative options offering superior quality at more reasonable price points.
